XML has been the great white hope for government interoperability. Web based repositories for data sharing. Well functioning XMK based operations/solutions are few amd far between. It turns out to be more work than it is worth and $MS has not been helpful. The need is great but the XML solution is disappointing.
Just trolling. This is a very stickey thicket. A tar baby. That is why we don't tax the internet. The interstate commerce clause -- sometimes it helps somtimes it dosen't. Yes we have free trade between the states.
Nobody seems to get it. You can not develope systems than monitor everthing. The capability is not here anywhere. Amatures think that with computers we can do anything -- wrong. How much information can any of you deal with in gigs? Sure you can store it but to make sense out of it is another matter. This project was doomed to fail.

pclminion is more right than wrong but transitors are not simply on or off. Transitors are used in radios and amplifiers to achieve gain. Digital transitors have two "states" which are levels of output one of which can trigger another transitor and one of which can not. "Bad" transitors do not have the two states within the acceptable parameters. They can leak -- some gain or have insuffient output.
Fish are not making there way aound the dams -- this is another myth. Oh sure one or two but the migratory runs have been devasted by dams and over-fishing.
Think about feed, pipes, lets just download the internet and serach it when it is more convienent. There is so much available now. Do you want even greater bandwith. Are you willing to pay for it.
Really now. Is there any thing on broadcast that is worth recording. I subscribe to Dish Network. It much cheaper than cable and provides very good pictures on my set. You can get a recorder for a little extra. The market is not there/here.
Microsoft maybe evil but Bill Gates is not. He has done much to elevate the state of computer technology, single handedly. He has not taken his personal politics to his company, whatever that maybe.
It is the 12 year olds that are the real threat to the Music Industry. Maybe our present laws are not strong enough to deal with this formidable enemy. We should outlaw all MP3 players -- thus rendering downloading of music of no purpose.
Not only is Sender-ID dead but $MS is in its begining of a downward spiral as a leader. Spam can be delt with at the IP level. AOL can implement its oun measures to deal with spam and thereby increase its customer base.
This is a public library. Anyone can go into a public library and look at a book. Public access. It is very difficult for public libraries to limit any of the public to the holdings/information that is availble even to minors.
The MySQL log picture is a picture of a porpoise which is a mammal. A dolphin is a fish.

Phase two: Add electroshock -- triggered if one is out of bounds.
So it now safe to vist porn as long as you are using Firefox?
All you have to do is hum a protected tune. Actually all you would have to do is play the tune in your mind to be guilty.
Finally, someone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to RFID.
How about a GPS capability? That would be real functional.
Google is in the business of selling ad space!

Right on. The Federal Government does not own anything. This is the United States. How can so many not get this?

Electromagnetic waves are the force. May the force be with you.

Venting the O2 into the combustion chamber will greatly increase the power output just like a supercharger or turbocharger or NO2.
Actually I own the airspace above my real property. This extends all the way thru infinity.

RFID has a very limited range. It is sipmly not practical to actually track. Identification yes. Tracking no. FUD.
I don't think the names of the movie is copyrighted..
