Surely you'll learn in business 102 that despite short-term gains you can damage your brand by looking mindless, sexist, and bit stupid?
This is all because of the internet age anybody with a computer, an internet connection, and a need to bitch can damage a company's reputation by vandalizing Wikipedia, blogging, and just spreading your complaints.
I say kernel of truth be damned. I'm not your stereotypical geek and I would be sickened if I was marketed to as such.
That's because the marketing companies don't know how to market correctly to geeks. They think the word "geek" applies to people who use MacBooks, drive hybrids, sip a cup of overpriced coffee while wearing their designer glasses and twitter everything insignificant in their lives.
I suppose it would be a stereotype to say that guys like explosions, but it doesn't change the fact that I still get half a stalk when the Mythbusters explode the shit out of something.
I don't know what you're into, but mine is usually from Kari. Weirdo...
Every woman thinks all other women are pretty much the same and that they themselves are different and unique.

If you do go the flash swap route, such as if you're using a subnotebook PC with an SSD, tune your operating system's memory manager to swap less often. (For example, in Linux, set swappiness to 10 percent on machines with slower writes than reads.)
Is there a way to do this on Vista Ultimate 64 bit?
I just ordered some equipment from Newegg and I got two flash drives for free. A 4GB one and an 8GB OCZ one. I'm probably gonna use one as a swap on my new i7 Core desktop.
I don't see a correlation between "urban" and "baby monitor" to be racist. All it is making a point of is that in more urban environments it is closer contact with other people, therefore rather than in a rural environment like you pointed out where the baby monitor being used to bug a child is a half mile away, it is only several yards and is within range of your average 802.11x device.
Take for instance the beta program. There's no secret windows 7 is coming. People are already holding off, without a date in mind.
I work for a large school district in PA and they're holding off for 7 until the 2010-2011 school year. IT staff can get it now since the RC is out, but until then nobody in the district wants to touch Vista unless it's specially requested.
I suspect this offer from Cablevision won't last long, and $99 is ridiculously overpriced for something that ought to be nearly free like air and water.
Water isn't free. You pay for clean water via your taxes and/or water bill. Or you buy it bottled.

What is this speak of bagel slicers? Where is my car analogy?!
The value of NOT opening my robe to Google? Priceless!
I think I speak for us all when I say nobody wants you to open your robe to them.

A 4GB one and an 8GB OCZ one.
see this post
I saw it. It was the first post, afterall. Here's the two drives that they gave me:
Intel 4GB Retractable Keychain Drive and OCZ ATV 8GB Flash Drive. Judging by the responses I'll probably scrap the OCZ one and use the Intel one (after I stress test it of course).

That would be Cafe Disco, sir.
But spending $200/mo on $10+ lunches when it's basically just a sandwich does not appeal to me.
So pack a lunch instead of eating out. You'll save a LOT of money.
God damn, he hit that right on the head. Mod parent up.
(sry, the pun HAD to be made)
No, it didn't.
about 4 seconds... 3... 2... 1....
Hurry! It's shutting me down!
How long until someone crackfixes this? TIA.
No. I'm genuinely curious.

(or are we using code words like "baby monitor" and "urban" to mean something racist?)
Or are you just following up an otherwise interesting post with a flamebait comment?
Frank: A lot of people are bugging their babies these days. I guess babies can't be trusted.
The moderators this morning don't appear to be it-getters...
Or Bill Posey has mod points! GOD HELP US ALL!
What has this to do with SP1?
Absolutely nothing. GP replied to the highest post rather than making their own thread.

Replying to help with the troll mod on Tom17. Redundant maybe because of the reply above him, but not troll.
Gillian's island? I didn't know they gave Scully her own series!
