    With that simple change, couldn't people could flood the patent office with simple ideas and prevent abusers from patenting obvious ideas such as 'delivering e-mail to a wireless device'?


    Am I the only one who sees something wrong with the start of that sentence?

    The do now, actually. Well, they can if they (feel they) need to. I recently tried to have an old Verizon phone tunred back on, and they would not do it becasue it was not able to be tracked by a GPS system. Quite unnerving, really.

    I agree. Seriously, if this many people have the same opinion, and even half of these are knowledgeable in the subject, than I'd it's safe to say that we're right in supporting the judges descision.

    I think the eye candy in Linux (KDE) is just as bad as they eye candy in Windows XP.

    I usually banish it all, and turn on the Redmond theme, and it's still barely tolerable.

    Of all the misuse of grammer and misspellings, the Lose and loose issue is the only one i have trouble understanding how people fuck up the two. They're two different words, and they're not spelled the same.
