Comics/do/ sell the paper and thankfully my paper publisher listened to the complaints of many and cut the likes of Cathy (UGH!) out and put Dilbert (finally!) in. Were there no comics, I'd probably not ever read their newspaper.
I'm not a devout religious person, but I believe in a God and that he(yes, he), had a hand in creating the universe and guiding progress along. I don't have anything against evolution nor intelligent design and I don't see why other people like that. I don't see why the two theories can't be merged. *shrug*

Oh man, this was on the news a while back... They were considering placing MJ in the same place... it sounds quite nice for a prison, they have open cells, a lounge, tvs, and so on. WTF kind of prison is that?
Uh, if I recall correctly, this worm targets people on your friendslist. In fact, two of my friends were either infected with this or a similar worm and then they IM-spam me with links to said virus. This is like having one of your friends turn out to be a sleeper agent and coming up to you looking normal and smiling and giving you a box saying, "Look! I bought candy, just for you."

Hold on, let me get this right, you're basically predicting how long it would take to download a 50GB or 30GB, but you're overlooking the fact that even though the format can hold that much data, I honestly don't think that the movies themselves are gonna take up that much space. After all, your standard dual layer DVD with it's 9-something gigs of space provides a very good image and also includes some times as much extra content as the movie length. Personally, I don't see why we are moving past the DVD just yet, only recently did they stop making VHS and only those people who can afford the HDTVs of today will be buying this new media to get the extra few pixels out of it.

I thought it was a joke that you can patent genes, but I guess it's for real? Wow, that's a real shocker, but it brings up a question, how can you patent something that you didn't invent and what can you do with this patent? Does this mean that 28% of my er.. body belongs to someone else?
I think that as long as those genetic defects can go through the regular hiring progress and can do the work that is required of them, they'll be hired anyways... And now IBM can pay less and expect more because noone else wants em..
