    "They're legal tender"

    They are fractions of legal tender. One can refuse any coinage as payment and require legal tender. Many a tax collection office has refused to accept coinage.

    MSFT is traded on NASDAQ. It was sold to the highest bidder at the time of the sale. Could have been another market maker or a retail buyer. Point is the market is where it was sold and NAS

    Maintenance? I wash and wax the Valiant and Dart. I check and change their fluids. When something breaks, I fix it.

    You must not live in state that snows. Or not drive in snow. Most vehciles of that vintage have rust cancer in the east coast.

    Out here on a quiet day you can hear them rust:-)

    The best way to shield RF from your radio is to remove the antenna. That way you allways get the same station (the sound of silence).

    Then... you can't hear them and they can't hear you...

    I would venture to say some writers leak the executable(s). Here's how it works. Johny Warez Jr. downloads the leake from the net. To install it he has to stand on 1 leg and twirl a dead chicken over his head.. the app then works!
    He shows Dad what a cool game it is gives the leak to him, dad says screw it... buys the app.

    Mission accomplished..

    Seems the feds figured that if they "required" every vehcile manufacture to use the OBD-II physical interface, they would all be standard.

    Sad thing is most manufactures pin out on the interface is different.

    The 1st case the fed is requiring the lenders to stand by while they (fed) figure out a way to pay creditors. Generaly, in either chapter, only secured creditors get paid.
