o The bar for acceptable focus was much lower o The bar for acceptable grain/sharpness was lower o Film is more forgiving of the dynamic range of skin tones o Film would be pushed / pulled more effectively
A compromise would be to buffer unencrypted previews for 30 seconds. Encrypted shots would go to storage, unencrypted previews would be gc'd after a a configured amount of time.

Conversely, in a window seat when YOU need to hit the bathroom, you need to poke/wake up 1-2 people in your row and climb over them. You also are more constrained on the sides, especially when the passenger in the adjacent seat insists on putting their tray down for the whole fight. Putting my head against a hard, cold, thrumming window / hull is about the least conducive thing possible for sleeping.
In an aisle seat one can spread a bit into the aisle, go to the bathroom without struggle, and under-seat / overhead storage is readily accessible without gymnastics.

Germany is very aware of the lingering stigma of the mid-century Nazi atrocities. For international relations, tourism, and commerce they take this seriously so that the rest of the world sees that the sins of their fathers are not lingering.
People who would buy and wear Birkenstocks for sure deserve to get ripped off. But really in the end this hissy fit is pointless; Google would end up directing the misspellings mostly to the correct spelling anyway.

Humans evolved and spread because they discovered cooking, which increased the calories available to them. Carnivores are necessarily always far fewer in number than herbivores. And don't let your penis-ego delude you into thinking that humans are biologically carnivores.
