I had a phone screen with them. The above article's claimed criteria weren't pursued at all -- instead the guy on the other end obsessed about trivial details of technologies unrelated to the job I'd applied for.
Okay, then, please recommend a currently-available turntable. I have a number of LP's that have never been released on CD, and apparently never will. I noted that the OP's linked USB turntable page said nothing at all about the cartridge or stylus.
That projector also means that you either have to tear up your room with a ceiling installation that you can't take with you when you move, or have a noisy fan-cooled projecting sitting right next to you and a cone between it and the screen where nobody else can be. PITA. My 61" DLP works great since I lack an ego-driven need to feel l33t.
For me, adding another internal disk will mean spending $200 on an SATA controller and aftermarket brackets to mount it in the CPU bay -- and cooling/noise are a big unknown.
I gave up on TI calcs 20 years ago. My TI-55 suffered horrible kkeeyyy bboouunce and an exponent segment on my TI-55 II died during a chemistry test. I had to multiply all my answers by 10 to see if they changed. I got an HP 15C in 1983 and it's still going strong. The first battery lasted for 12 years. *12*.
Believe it or not, WA != Seattle. I live in Snohomish County and the sales tax is 8.something (it varies by location).
Part of the abusrd Seattle tax rate is the two big mostly-empty sports stadiums that we voted against, but which were built anyway after tearing down the Kingdome, which had a new roof that wasn't even paid for yet.
So, if you want to place blame, look to the wimpy AL pseudo-baseball extortioners and Paul Allen.
I haven't physically been to Queens, but from what I see and read about the place, it's not where the parent posts wonders are to be found.
Me, I didn't go to college so I could live in a crappy apartment under someone else's control, to hear neighbors carry on night and day on five sides, to be subject to their stench, etc. I also don't plan to die before I stop working, so building equity matters too. I often hear the all-night thing -- but what exactly is it that one needs to be able to do at 4am that's unique to NYC, other than being mugged?
And it's not even as expensive as everyone claim if you avoid the "trendy"/tourist-trap places and neighborhoods
Please tell me, then, in which neighborhood one can buy a house. Not a crappy condo, but a decent, freestanding house, with at least three bedrooms.
The Indian government has had a bizarre policy of encouraging people to keep cattle, pushing the consumption of milk products instead of food. All they're doing is eating up more resources that way and poisoning their people.
Kinda like the checkoff tax and nutrasweet in the US.
You can be the smartest person in the world but you will not be able to keep a job if you smell like 2 week old dead fish, and people feel you will at any one time snap... thus your only option will be to found the FSF.
The price of animal life is, unfortunately, even lower.
If they truly give a damn about the food supply, they would stop mistaking animals for food. Making meat animals bigger isn't going to change anything.
How then do you explain the massive number of people who, in 2007, are using a line editor (vi) on 1GHz+ computers?
I suspect that you "want" to pull this trailer but don't have a legitimate "need".

Dumb question: how are they making revenue on freeware?
For me the raging core leak(s) are the worst. Mine's at 1619764k vsize and 475432 in core. There's no excuse for this.

Right now I work from home, remote into my machine at work using WiFi You're within WiFi range of your office and you don't simply walk there?

There are quite a few people who *can't* get DSL or (spit) cable because of provider laziness.
Gosling deserves this for his emacs implementation, but then he should be disqualified for creating Java.

Fixing your daily diet would obviate those meds.
Eat Hooterville rutabagas!
WiFi PDAs and cell phones are, like Bluetooth headsets, of interest mainly to lamers anyway.

My experience with Portland's MetroFi is underwhelming at best.

Ironic, kinda like engineering tobacco plants to produce Albuterol.
They definitely used to -- at least as of the early 90's IIRC.
Do they still print cashiers' SSN on sales receipts?
