    The large manufacturers over here generally just install windows. You don't even have the option to not have it installed.

    Well you should like DS2 then! Its a tired rehash of DS1 but with even worse graphics! I tried the demo but quite frankly couldn't stand the graphics and since I'm not a fan of hack and slash, pretty quickly uninstalled it.

    I read through the blog and can't tell exactly what he is doing. If it is trying to restore internet access, provide a shelter/forward post for police or what. Could someone please clarify what all he and the team are doing?

    Parents these days have no backbone. I work as a swim instructor/lifeguard and you have no clue as to how many times I see 3 year old children bossing their mom around (And yes it is primarily the mother).

    What parents need to learn how to do is say no and stick to it. Punishment seems to be out of style when it is a necessary part of educating the children.

    So to all the parents out there. Take your advice from a 17 year old. Stand up, grow some balls (or whatever works for you ladies ;) ), and discipline your kids.

    They need to push a bit more towards newer technology and less an stability. Personally I've had trouble with it the few times I've tried simply because everything they had on the cd was outdated. I'm not sure if thats just me not understanding the update but...

    Also useful for games. I forget which one but there was a space sim which stored only the initial seed and would generate the same universe of multiple galaxies every time from that single seed instead of storing the positions for every last planet.
