Not that bad of an idea and would probably keep people from playing on the internet all day. Seeing that a lot of schools have wireless internet connections now, it's not hard for someone to get side-tracked. On a another note, people like me type faster than they write and a lot more legible.;)
Had the opportunity to use it today and was impressed. Nice and simple, gives good information but I wouldn't have expected less. I like the nice touch with the Blogs. Good little feature.
I still find that IE is faster than FireFox and hope that they can continue to work out the bugs... Wow, am I really saying that? I've tried FireFox and although I am a fan of the browser, I still find that I use IE more.
At first when I read this article, I was weary about the aquisition but after reading the complaints in here, it's definitely turned me off of Alienware. Hopefully this will turn into a positive and Dell can turn the service issues around.
I'm total done with this patent thing. If someone can't develop something, then they shouldn't be filing patents. It's being used for the wrong reasons.
Most of the identity theft is due to people being stupid with their information... Falling for Phishing schemes, using websites that aren't known to the public. Just not using common sense.
If you were a company, wouldn't you think of other ways to increase profits? Of course. But it's a good thing we have such a great government to prevent this from happening... Okay, I know, bad job.
They just need to put this crap everywhere so that people can't talking on their cell phones in buildings. Personally, it's annoying to hear people answer phones at work too.
I would still be using OS/2 if it was receiving regular updates for new hardware. I feel that if IBM was to relook at the OS, they may gain some market share because users are now more educated as to the workings of a computer.
Should some type of purchase take place, would Oracle keep the software opensource and add some additional functionality and possibly increase the performance of MySQL?
Winamp is now just bloatware. With all the features added to the software, the stability dropped like a rock. I was an avid user until I purchased an iPod and have been using iTunes ever since.
Are you sure it's the law's that reduce the anarchy? Or is it the morals of what is right and wrong instilled in you as a child that aid in making the right decision? One can argue that one should follow the law, but laws are only made by man and one's person view is not the same as another.
What's sad is that software crimes have a higher punishable offense then a traffic fine (say, drinking and driving?), where someone could actually die. So what if a couple loses a few dollars for a game, but freaking deal. Quit protecting corporate America and go after people that actually harm other people.
As far as Google working on this, they immediately gain market share because people are such die hard fans of Google. Ubuntu is clearing going to benefit from this and so is the opensource community. As stated earlier, all of a sudden, linux becomes 'trusted' with the Google trademark. Good move for Google and the opensource community.
Are we talking about severe autism such as the Rainman or just a general case of autism because of that was the case, computers could be considered to cause autism because the reduction of social skills.
It's not surprised that their are errors and I'm glad that Intel isn't hiding from them. It does open the question on whether Apple is happy with the CPU itself because of the high standard they have set.
Two legitimate companies should not be bound by countries. I think this is dumb.

I'd like to know how the filter works to filter out the porn based on the image. That's cool.

The harddrive is only calling for mods--Wicked! :) Additionally, running Linux is a great step in the right direction. Look forward to the release!

Bring on the surround sound. I think this would be very beneficial for the market!

That's a pretty interesting setup and way beyond what I had thought NewEgg was accomplishing at this point.
I'm from the future!

Although they have some workarounds, I think it's because it's a Canadian company that they're being refused the review.
