    Regardless of what one person perceives as 'cool' the majority of Western, Middle Eastern, African and minority Asian society is going to perceive its fascist Nazi origins.
    Whilst this perception exists use of this image shall be in bad taste; if you want change - then change the perception of the image.

    They SHOULDN'T be doing anything here; let me give you an example,

    You go out for a couple of hours, leaving the front door to your house wide open, when you return you find all your possessions missing - was it the Government's responsibility to ensure that your house was locked?
    To Stand a cop out the front of your house exclaiming 'move along'?, to lock the door for you? No.
    These are your responsibilities, The police will come and investigate the crime - and you know there will be nothing they can do about it.
    If multiple robberies happened in small area - there would be need then to inform people and possibly send out a petrol once in awhile.

    This should be the same of business 'Cyber Security'.

    Actually, The card needs to a have a mac eeprom image - or it just won't work at all. (You can reflash some cards - if alternate firmware is available - and you card has a big enough eeprom (most PC cards don't...)

    Drivers are a non-issue, OSX supports VESA; no it won't be nice and accelerated - but it will work.

    Get your own box then - The only way to watermark it per-subscriber is the box itself; the video is just streamed with encryption added that your box removes.

    EVERY Phone manufacturer says this about every flagship phone they make; It's called marketing; its also bulltwaddle - I thought people had worked this out by now.

    Don't trust Marketing by Anyone - Its ALL Lies ALL OF IT. Apple is no exception.

    I've never had a phone with the antenna at the bottom...

    Most phones I've opened up have had arrays in the top-rear of the phone; as the battery compartment, main logic board and keypad usually occupy the bottom half of the phone.

    Also, on the Australian Front - Several ISPs here use separate PVCs for different services.
    An example is Adam Internet; who have General IBilled Internet on 8/35 and CommunityNet (an Unmetered network for users on the same DSLAM equipment) on 8/36. You can't use both if you bridge your DSL modem and have a completely seperate router controlling everything (in this example, PPPOE is handled by the second router).

    Built in router/modem combos are still the driving force downunder; the cheaper the better for the majority.

    While I have to agree with you in some aspects, I quite enjoy Beer for its taste, I also dislike super-sweet things like Milkshakes, Chocolate, Golden Syrup, etc. - IE. Tastes are Acquired

    However you seem to feel yourself impervious to this, You have been 'conditioned' to like sweet things, just as I have beer and vice-versa.

    I Believe in most markets 720x480 (576 for PAL) would be considered "Standard Definition" with "High Definition" usually starting at 720P (1280x720)

    Because sourcing a good CRT these days is nigh impossible; Used to run a Sun 22" (2048x1536@75hz - was really a trinitron) until it died - and found nothing in way of a replacement.

    Moved to a crappy Phillips LCD, then to an LG to (several TN) Samsungs and finally 2x Dell 2408.

    Apart from the Dell - I've hated every LCD I've purchased - but until something better comes around; or CRT makes a grand return - Its all we have.

    Why on earth would you need to buy a new computer?

    Even IF for some strange reason your graphics card didn't support the resolution - you just get a new graphics card; no money to Microsoft...

    Goddamn FUD.

    Also - Its not like 2D Desktop or even Composting requires that much GPU power - and for a Game you can just run a lower res (Theoretical 3840x2400 display; set the game resolution to 1920x1200 - and you would still the same visual acuity as the old 1920x1200 monitor you replaced)

    Netscape Communicator then Mozilla Suite then SeaMonkey is/was/always has been 'too big'

    Phoenix was started as a lightweight Gecko browser to remove the 'bloat' of the Full Mozilla Suite.

    Time went on - Phoenix became Firebird then Firefox - and has picked up all sorts of baggage along the way.
    I used to love FF; But then I started using Chrome on OSX - worked a charm, fast, light - used normal controls (Unlike Safari - which kept me away from it)

    The Final straw was 3.6 - Installed it; Killed my Profile entirely; I'm sticking with Chrome now.
