It very easy. Just drive through the same area twice or even three times for good measures. Chances are that only stationary objects will only be in one of three. The computer then can take them out through edge(objects) detection.
Just google for the right thing. Important ideas in bold http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/vc/tocd11c7a1.htm
Basic Speed Law
22350. No person shall drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on, and the surface and width of, the highway, and in no event at a speed which endangers the safety of persons or property.
Speed Law Violations
22351. (a) The speed of any vehicle upon a highway not in excess of the limits specified in Section 22352 or established as authorized in this code is lawful unless clearly proved to be in violation of the basic speed law.
(b) The speed of any vehicle upon a highway in excess of the prima facie speed limits in Section 22352 or established as authorized in this code is prima facie unlawful unless the defendant establishes by competent evidence that the speed in excess of said limits did not constitute a violation of the basic speed law at the time, place and under the conditions then existing.
Even better and harder to find is one that is smart, attractive and doesn't whine (well that might be too far, minimal whining might be better). I have secured myself one of those. She even came from a lower middle class background, so she's not conditioned to spend money.
It's nice that Sony will let us run Linux, but I highly doubt the graphic chip will ever work on Linux. It's simple, without a graphic chips it impossible to use Linux to play pirated games. That's generally the biggest opposition to opening up a platform is piracy issues. That's why the Xbox 360 is locked down unlike any other machine.
I thought I was cool doing it in 2 years. However I'll have a Ph.D. M.B.A and B.S in five. We'll see if he can match that. Here's how I did it at the University of Kansas.
24 credits hours coming in from high school (actually college credit we didn't have fancy AP courses at my high school)
Fall 2002 18 credits (The most they would let me take)
Spring 2003 21 credits
Summer 2003 12 credits
Fall 2003 24 credits (3 graduate math courses and 4 computer engineering courses with 2 labs)
Spring 2004 25 credits
I got 9 bonus hours for taking Spanish 5 one semseter. After this I got a B.S. in Math and had most the a B.S. in Computer Rngineering. I enrolled directly in the direct Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering (KU doesn't have a Computer Engineering PH.D). I also enrolled in an online M.B.A. program from University of North Alabama in Spring 2005. I should be done with the M.B.A in December (Fall 2006) and the PH.D. in may (Spring 2007). All this for a total of 5 years in college. Not to mention I started working a full time job as a Software Engineer this past summer (once my coursework for the Ph.D was done, I am still finishing my dissertation).
I so glad I didn't do MIT. I'll have more degrees and real-world experience have 1/10 the amount of debt. Also don't think I just wasted my college studying, the guys at my fraternity hated me because I never studied but always enjoyed that I could help them with their homework.
The weirdest problem I've ever seen was after my brother replaced his motherboard one time, if you slightly touched any part of the machine it would reboot immediately. It took me two hours to finally solve this problem. I tested each and every component to find they were all good. There was an extra mounting post remaining from his motherboard change and apparently it was in the right place to short out the motherboard enough to resest with the slightest of movements.
I really hate these political arguements of evolution versus creationism. It's made to be such a black or white argument that it's wrong. Do I believe in evolution? kinda...
Micro-evolution - The ability for an organism to adapt to it's enviroment and further its survival. I totally believe this. Science has proved this. There are example all around us.
Macro-evolution - Similar but on a different scale. This is organisms not just improving, but morphing into more complex organism that are significantly different. This I am still skeptical of. Although there is evidence for this, it is not overwhelmingly convincing. There are big timeline gaps in evidence of evolution. To say that science has proved that mankind has evolved from a single cell organism is wrong. They are still working on it.
The biggest problem here is creationism versus evolution is a totally political arguement and not scientific. Creationism is perfectly compatible with micro-evolution. Why don't we just teach micro-evolution as fact in our school and say macro-evolution is a theory then let parents teach creationism at home. Problem solved! No more arguements!
You would think with all the different video formats that they offer, that ogg theora would be one of them. Considering this is the only default out of the box video that ubuntu can play.
First of all $40-$60 for high speed internet is ridiculous. Once they specifically stop me from downloading from google, I will measure it and sue them. A class action suit for false advertising. I pay for a 384-1.5/1.5-6.0 connection to the internet (not verizon net) and if I can prove that they are specifically limiting my connection, I want a refund. Cap me at 100 kbps from google? 100/6.0 = 1/60 * $60 = $1 a month service fee. Now give me 1 dollar a month internet and you can cap my speed all you want.
IBM has developed a new SILICON technique for making chips faster and take less power. This applies to the manufacturing of chips. It could easily be applied to both x86 and PowerPC to make them faster and better. Apple switched architecture because x86 is so popular it has been tweaked the best. This article has nothing to do with anything about Apple switching, it is about chip manufactuering technology.
You guys don't get it, it's not about price. Sure price will keep dvd mainstream for a while. The true reason dvd's will live for 20+ years is because every new techology will be backwords compatible with it. For 20 years, I bet we will see every new storage medium be some kind of 5" optical disc. All the blueray and HD_DVD players will play dvds and the industry is going to charge twice as much for the High Def discs. I know most people could careless about paying $40 for every movie they own. Just their favorites.
I was just trying to see what people think about what I am doing. I am 20 years old and in a direct Ph.D program in Computer Engineering right after I got a B.S in Math. I am also pursuing an online M.B.A. in parallel with the Ph.D and hope to be done with all by 22. I have some experience, three summer internships, and 2 years in I.T. before college. I think it's a good idea what I'm doing but would someone hire me? I will be overqualified for my first job afterwards, but is that a bad thing? I mean with a few years of experience, I should be able to move up very quickly

Get back to me when you have a beowolf cluster going.
If the graphics are that much better, wouldn't it be the opposite?

I'll bet you 89 million dollars that this transaction never goes through. The people that Hijack Ebay accounts have just been waiting for the ps3.
1. Lose Money on Each System 2. Sell less systems, create marketing hype 3. Systems become cheaper to make 4. Finally meet demand 5. Profit!!
I'd settle for just some guidance to the party.
10 (Gbit/sec) * 8 (bits per byte) * 5 (seconds) = 62.5 Gbytes. This is wrong 10 G Bit/sec / 8 (bits/ byte) * 5 sec = 6.25 Gbytes
On a second note, havoc on ebay ensues. There goes a good ebay feedback rating down the toliet.

More like a dumb bastard. Ubuntu Shipit service is free. It will only cost you 30 seconds of you life to sign up

Obviously another attack from Stephen Colbert. Not only have the elephant population tripled, but the DS population has doubled.
