    Yes, it is their site, and they can censor as they wish. They could impose draconian laws if they wanted. However, that is unlikely as it would drive away people from their site. The kind of censorship of the kind described by this photographer is stepping outside of a rational bounds, not necessarily a legal one.

    Here is the FDA's chart on mercury concentrations for various kinds of fish. The lowest tuna concentration is canned "Tuna Light" with 118 PPB. However, there are 6 other listed can tunas on the list hat are above the 300 PPB max exposure limit listed in the article.

    And a radio station that accepts requests didn't have to go through the same legal wrangling to be labeled a "broadcaster". While I know these legal questions have to be ironed out sooner or later, It is interesting to see the distinction in how Sony BMG, et al. see internet radio vs ol' style music radio.

    All of us math students with Ti-89/92 partial with the ZX can emulate it right on the calculator. No more waiting to be at home to play our favorite ZX programs. (mind you the screen may be small, but it's still better than nothing!)

    Honda has a cool Ultra Capacitor prototype, dubbed the FCX. From what I can tell, this is one of the "bleeding edge" protoypes that are both fast charging and have a fairly large capacity of about 1750W/kg, compared to 900W/kg (according to the above site).
