I have a DVD, I believe its Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. One of the special features on the disc, is preceded by a black screen with "This portion of the DVD brought to you by: Verizon" with a big logo prominently displayed. It lingers for about 5-10 seconds, and you can't skip it.

Its not a huge intrusion, sure, but its funny... and here I thought this entire DVD was brought to me by my money buying it at the store.

Maybe not exclusive, but it might not have been in the Genesis version, from the wiki:
"In the worm room in level six, there is a staircase that leads down to a hallway full of programmers. If you bring them coffee, they will be pleased and give you a secret item ... a stench bomb that allows you to bypass the battles in level seven. They are missing from some versions of the game."

That reminds me of an old NES dungeon crawler where you actually could meet the game's programmers in some far off corner. They give you a quest to bring them coffee in exchange for an exclusive item. Fun idea.

I don't remember what the game was called, something with the word "Immortal" in the title I believe.

I saw that late at night on TMC, normally i would have passed it over as one in the endless parade of no-budget mystery movies churned out in the 40's, but the strange camera compelled me to watch. It was interesting to say the least, and had a few humorous uses of the first person camera, both intentional and unintentional.

I remember way back when he and Gene Siskel reviewed Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Siskel complained that the film didn't fully explore the complex father/son dynamic between Indy and Henry Sr.
Ebert sort of looked at him slack jawed for a moment before exclaiming "It's an Indiana Jones movie! I don't want to see that! That has no place in a movie like this!" He then gave it thumbs up.
That's when i knew that i liked him as a reviewer.
