That's Jeremy Jeremy Bulloch. He appears briefly as an Imperial guard on cloud city who drags Leia off of Cloud City just as Luke gets there. So he still gets a moment of un-helmeted glory.
somehow, your explanation makes LESS sense than the original poster!
the only reason i can come up with, is that his daily commute occurs AFTER morning edition has left the air(2nd shift?), so he records it before he wakes up, and listens to it on the way
A modern retake on an era, just like RenFaires have little to do with the actual Middle Ages.
that's a lie! everyone in the middle ages was a wealthy Pagan Celtic magician who carried a sword and all the women wore low-cut tops and flirted with anything in pants!
hehehe, sorry, i know too many ren-faire people who can't seperate fantasy from reality
I just visited that museum on vacation a few weeks ago. It's not very big, being shoe-horned into the Experience Music Project, but what it lacks in quantity it makes up for with quality. The exhibits and presentation was amazing. (for example, while a short loop about the Matrix displayed on a big projection screen, smaller projectors turned the walls into cascading 'Matrix-code')
did he say Counter Strike? no... CS is now so far removed from HL that they're no longer considered the same thing, sheesh
the original HL had a gripping intense story that kept you in suspense, intelligent AI, and an unbelievably real, yet "unreal" environment that sucked you into the world of the game
i'd almost be afraid to play if they remade Half Life with modern graphics and sounds, i practically had to sleep with the lights on while playing it the first time!
i work at a military electronics company, and ESD is HUGE here, your first week, you have to sit through an hour long ESD class
they showed a picture of a part, magnified 50x, a tiny little wire, no bigger than a human hair popped off, just because of a static shock, that caused the whole unit to malfunction
already done i wish i had the url, but it was bascially old film clips with new dialouge over it, Bogart was Frodo, Peter Lorre was Gollum, Sydney Greenstreet as Gandalf (a clip of him in a grey business suit in the beginning, later scenes in white)
good stuff, i've often pondered that myself, what if they're sending signals via something like "sub-space" (sorry to get Trekkie on ya, i just didn't know how else to put it)
what episode was that in? reading it in a novel, or a throwaway line in a random episode doesn't make it any more or less 'canon' than Enterprise/Nemesis
What do we have under the hood? A brand new algorithmic search engine -- built from the ground up -- on Microsoft technology. Give it a spin and tell us what you think.
This site will be available for a short time. After we have time to incorporate your feedback and add some features it'll be back, new and improved.
what do i think? i think you should stop having the marketing-drones right your copy, when Google says things like "give it a spin" or "it'll be back", it seems genuine, when Microsoft says it, it sounds forced and derivative of the original
I'm a huge Disney Imagineering fan... reading a post like this just makes my eyes light up... i really really really want to go now! (too bad i live in PA)
That's incredible that your father designed the fireflies, that is one of Disneyland's most famous "little touches"

good point... in that case, let me rephrase myself:
:-P
I DARE you to make less sense!!!!

here here! i agree completely
The Rocketeer was one of the most underrated movies of my time, I'm really looking forward to next weekend.

did PA do that joke first or did the Simpsons?
(not with BF42 of course, but with a Saving Private Ryan-esque movie theater ad for Buzz Cola)
