Perhaps flag the parent in some way that is recognizable. Or perhaps an inline system for indexing new posts in a single place, with the parent name indicated, as a drop down menu or sidebar.
There is always more money to be made by saying one thing and doing another. If the consumer believes thier information is private, thats all that matters.
