Thats exactly right which is why you should look into the Orthodox Church. It has everything a thinking man wants. Personal responsibility, Symbolism, Faith, and most importantly love pure unselfish choice - you get to decide how you relate to God no one else you decide what is a sin. Oh the priest can tell you what he thinks but ultimately in the Orthodox Church it is up to you.

I can sit on my couch and watch funny videos and then learn how to make funny videos on my couch. Without cable but with a cable modem of course.
you are right on. It is a parents job to watch what their kids read the books children bring home. If there ever were a ratings board for books I personally would move to Canada and join up with Nerds on Site with the red beetle and everything if that happened. I would even learn French and drive like someone speaking Tullagu while eating a peanut butter sandwich. My parents did not care what I read so I filled my mind with Science Fiction and I became a Nerd. My children will not face this future they are reading classical Greek texts that I download from the Internet. Seriously, my wife is a book nazi she will burn any book that I bring in from a garage sale that she does not aprove of. Also once my daughter read an Unapproved book (some beverly cleary book)- and Mother took away her LOTR collection for a month. This was a grave punishment believe you me as she can quote from them, only recently has she been allowed to read something as lowbrow as Hilery Potter or whatever it is. At twelve she still has only "Suggest" as an option in the library.
My twelve year old daughter explained comic mischief to me. It means the characters are sassy to each other. Spyro the dragon 2 had a lot of un-unnecessary annoying sassyness in it. She does not like that in her games. So if I see that in a game now I know..
I loved appleworks. In fact I would really like to get an apple 2e emulator. I would like to run ubuntu with the emulator in full screen to do my creative writing. I really though have not missed used since 1993.

I thought soon I will want those button sized anti-camera diodes pinned to their shirts like little Orthodox crosses. Of course I thought it through and well what are you going to do? The best thing I can think of is to actually ask the cute girl if she has any pictures of herself naked she may just have some you never know till you ask....

Caught you! sniveling little man, I made a valid point in light of today's contentious times that any censorship is wrong. The idea is to play to strength not to weakness. If the weakness of your position makes you afraid of Foxnews and any mention of the recent censorship drive by Moveon.org causes you to censor like Joe then I have won my point.
