Look at thease questions now, and think about the UK government asking Microsoft to have a back door into Vista.
In the UK it tends to be the other way round, with the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) putting a greater emphasis on violence in age ratings than nudity or sexual content, infact, if the nudity is non-sexual, then the film or other media type (they cover cinemas, DVD's and games)can be classified as U (suitable for all).
Violence that is realistic and could be done by "easily acsessable weapons" is imiedatetely classified as at least a 15, and sometimes an 18, depending upon several different criteria, in a 12, it must not dwell on detail or have any emphasis on blood or injury. In a 15, easily acsessable weapons must not be glorified, and dangerus techniques such as hanging and self-harm must not be dwelled upon, however a sexual act may be portrayed but without strong detail.
BTW, I don't work for them or anything, I'm a games development student, and we are in the middle of a project on Profetional Practices, including the regulation of the industry.
The thing about autism is that we must not just look upon the negative sides of it. Sure, I may not be able to naturally empathise with people, but I have talents in other places.
But there are positive sides for people with downs and more severe autism too. The people I have met with downs are some of the most caring and patient people I know, and teach the family and people they know an awful lot about love and compassion. Autistics, although it used to be said that they have no imagination, can create some of the most amazing pieces of art. Even those who just sit infront of a mural all day do not see the evil of the world, and only see the beauty. Maybe it is us that are flawed.
I am also sad to tell you that there are people with the same severity of autism being almost "programmed" with electro shocks (while AWAKE) when they do "inappropriate" things such as switch a light on and off 3 times before going to bed. With genetics, everything that has a negative also has a positive. Take sickle cell anemia for example, have a natural resistance to malaria (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sickle-cell_disease# Genetics). This is not an area we should be messing with. Understanding and mapping is OK, as are looking at a child's DNA (born or unborn) to look at their future and prepare for it, but messing with the genetic codes for humans or animals is both WAY beyond our understanding and at this point Immoral.

What we are talking about here is a form of gemocide. Have you seen Xmen 3? Its the same thing, as parents fear the words "your child has autism", as, certanly in the US, there is a high proportion of parents wanting only normal and perfect children. Parents with autistic children, can, and do find it hard work, even for people with High Functioning Autism like Aspergers Syndrome. I, for instance, was in 2 different primary schools before they found out why I was misbehaving, and could begin to understand. But would any of the people with autism want to change who they are (after the trials of being a teen)? Nobody I have met and talked to has EVER wanted a cure, and infact we protest AGAINST the idea.
The people looking for a cure to some of the physiological symtoms, such as speach therapists, and people helping with day to day support, we are OK with, and support at any time we can, however those trying to "cure" us of our mental differences are the same as Hitler in our eyes.
On one last note, an Autism group in the UK tested all maths aplicants to cambridge one year, and around 80% turned out to have autism of some kind or another.

Apart from the ring mains, it is best to have your lighting per floor on a seperate ring, and have those OFF the RCD (so if someone has had a shock, you cna see where they are and how to help them).
one of the reasons I wouldn't like to move to the US is the lack of a fuse in the sockets...
The german government, as far as I am aware, never actualy hacked a P2P server, they just set up their own and monitored it, which is still leagal, even under the latst decision.

C) why now? why 15 years after the soveit colapse? why so long after the fall, the scattering of the scientists and possably far more deadly things than his little bits of information?
Now what if it wasn't a murder? what if it was an acident? He had what apeared to be 3 2p sized lumps of this stuff in his body, either ingested or sewn in medicaly (from what I understand), and this REALY isn'ta good way to kill someone. So, what else could he have been doing with that stuff? what other uses does it have?

My mum was put off OOo when it hogged systems resorces on her old laptop (although admitedly it was from the age of windoze 98 origonal, and this was in 2002)
Open Office is a massive systems hog, and there does need to be optimisation of systems resorces in all software anyway, becase there is going to come a time when RAM prices start to increace due to lack of suplys and other factors.
There is already a part of a cell that distroys it on command, usualy when the cell's time is up. This is done to protect against cancers, as the older the cell is, the higher the chance of mutation.
Now if we could just use a signal of some kind to set thease off...
