    They didn't tell him. They said hey your leaving. we'll pay you this to not do this.So he may not be "employed" with HP but he is still under contract. He still has an obligation. for several million dollars I'd sit around for a year.

    the point is you can't prove nor disprove. which is exactly why companies bar you from going to competitors. He may think he is not using or exposing trade secrets and is safe but then again that is how security leaks start. Humans are weak. in all cases he cannot do an effective job against the competitor with out using knowledge he knows about the competitor. its that simple.

    They paid him to keep his mouth shut. In order to do his job to Oracle well he has to use knowledge from HP. If he plans to do this he needs to give back all severance pay and (seeing as he signed a document) Fees. Either way he either screws Oracle by not using secrets and there for not doing his job the best he can or he violates his signed agreement. Hes fucked.

    I am imagining an IMAX screen made of this. holy crap. But does this mean my Phone is gonna be running 10800p resolution while my 60" is still sitting at 1080. The processing power for all the additional pixels is gonna be ridiculous.

    I don't get it. Other than electronic versions and people who like to go by written rules to the letter how does this change the game at all. Most people don't read the rules. is this new version gonna cost extra? I know some families who have been playing allowing proper nouns for years. My family plays with a dictionary on hand to use whenever with no penalties. So other than new programing How does this change anything?

    Why Does just about every "FREE" App from the damn app store have advertisements? This does not make me want to purchase the full version. It makes me want to avoid apps by that developer completely.

    There are many torrent that offer many DRM free or cracked ipa files. You just drop them into itunes and they copy over like a regular app. I for one use a few that I have purchased in the past but for one crash or another no longer have. Though if you could get the full version of most apps on a trial basis I would be more inclined to buy some. I hate the fact that about 90% of the apps I download turn out to be utter crap.

    I went to a chuch for a but that had their weekly income stats on the back of their pamphlet. They averaged 15K in donations weekly. What came of this funding. I have no real clue. But, After being open for a year they needed more volunteers the pasture got a salary increase to 65K and got a new car. The Building expanded they got more gadgets and then asked for more donations in these trying times. I haven't been back. I for one say people need to make do. Shop lift if needed. I do what I can. No longer in the form of donation. I do not hand out cash. I have been knows to buy a wendys combo for a homeless person. My point is: Well taken from History of the World.     What no legal action. Companies get pissed when we the users change hardware we buy to better suite our needs. I wonder if anyone will go after them for modding their devices. I want to hear no more complaints about modded devices such as my jailbroken iPhone. On another note thats such a waste of 2500 Blue ray drives.

    So what your saying is someone needs to make a program to edit a few bits at the end of each MP3 as to change the hash value? Sounds good to me. Wouldn't editing the tag change its hash value?
