Yes, it would be nice for them to put it right in the/. post, since if you RTFA, you have to get all the way to the *fourth* post in the forum before it's spelled out for you!
It would be much appreciated if someone explained what VT stands for in this context. I would visit the forum and read the fourth post down, only as I write this, the forum is down.
Personally, when I see the letters VT the first thing that pops into my mind is Virtual Terminal
Well Captain Sarcastic, not everyone reading/. is a sys admin with total knowledge of PCs, a bit of consideration might be in order. It doesn't help you that the forum linked in the article is down, so now you look like a complete asshat

Totally agree, I've never seen the point in an over-priced case that flashes away in the corner of the room. Would certainly be distraction while I'm torrenting over night, while I sleep.
My case sits under my desk, mostly out of sight, it's a full tower I picked up for ~£20 and i like it because, if I do need to fiddle about inside, I generally don't have to unplug everything to make room.
Our domain, blackboxvoting.org (and the forums, on bbvforums.org, and the document archives, on bbvdocs.org) are on one server. These ES&S program files are on another server entirely because they are quite large and would slow down our blackboxvoting.org site.
I won't say where they came from. I've checked them out to the extent possible, and they appear to be the real thing. In any situation like this you have to consider that the software might have changed significantly, or that someone could have left a honey pot out there, but I don't think this is a honey pot, not going to publish why on an Internet site. There is a good possibility that current versions have significant changes. Looking over these files should tell us a lot about how the ES&S programmers think, programming styles, etc. I haven't had time to look at the files at all, and I'm not a programmer. This program is designed to run on Windows, according to the user manuals, so I imagine you can just install it and start tinkering, as we did with the Diebold GEMS program. Some of the material refers to "Aero," which is definitely an older version that grew into the Unity program.
No source code was provided (no source code was provided for the Diebold GEMS program, either, remember). The software is only for the election management system/central tally system, and we have so far been unable to get programs for the precinct-based individual voting machines, nor for the ES&S equivalent of the memory card, which they call the "PEB".
Black Box Voting is receiving very credible reports of ES&S meltdowns in several states, though they always seem to have a temporary technician around to promise everyone their vote was not lost. Hard to explain, of course, since 18,000 votes are missing in action right now in Sarasota Florida, with about 300 votes separating the candidates for a U.S. House of Representatives race.
We are getting reports of ES&S anomalies from BOTH political parties.
If anyone has any questions, you can e-mail me at the e-mail address on the blackboxvoting.org Web site.
It is about hardware: it's got little memory, no camera, no wi-fi,
FTFA:
The initial version will come with 128MB of flash and 128MB of DRAM. There is the potential for a version with 1G of flash, but with a slot, do you really need it? OpenMoko comes with a 12mw battery for somewhere around three hours of talk time, but there will undoubtedly be more options if it takes off. It also has a Globallocator GPS unit and the phone bits are TI quad band GSM. The only thing lacking is Wi-Fi and that is planned for the next gen hardware.
Easily expandable memory with the flash slot, Wi-Fi for the next gen. A little patience please from Mr Moon-on-a-stick.
The thing that really bugs me in IE7 is the positioning of the 'Home' button. Moving it away from the forward/back buttons seems like a really strange thing to do, having it include a drop-down menu can be annoying when you're not paying a whole lot of attention to what you're doing and locking it into the toolbar is really frustrating.
Got the new Flash9. Unfortunately the video buffers like a bitch, resulting in me leaving it paused for 5 minutes then only watching 2 seconds before it started buffering again.
At work I use a program called multidesk. This has the added bonus of being free. It can support up to 9 desktops and you can map your own hot-keys for switching.
It loads into the taskbar and has a nice GUI where you can drag windows from desktop to desktop.
I believe it will be quite a while till we all stop using paper. In my job I find it much easier to pass on phone messages to colleagues using a pen and a Post-It. I draw up merchandising designs for shops, and it's much easier to draw the initial designs on paper, and reading a 50x100 cell spreadsheet on the move is much easier on A3 paper than on a PDA or laptop.
Until there is a method of data entry as quick and versatile as pen and paper, then this will be my preferred method.
As Agent K said:
"A person is smart, people are stupid."
It's pretty sweet that we've got it on Sky over here, however they appear to be showing the episodes out of order.
According to epguides season 10 pt. 2 should go:
e12 The Quest
e13 Bounty
e14 The Shroud
e15 Line in the Sand
e16 The Road not Taken
They are actually showing them in this order:
e12 The Quest
e15 Line in the Sand
e16 The Road not Taken
e14 The Shroud
e13 Bounty
They appear to be trying their damnedest with this, and pushing the series back in America, to piss of the fans and kill the series.

Know what you're talking about before you start ranting!
I have the same experiences, although I find the BMW drivers tend to be OK, it's the Mercedes drivers that don't seem to have a clue.
Could have been worse, it could be the theme to Enterprise!
Streaming version found at Break.com.

The link you posted doesn't work properly, you need to remove the / at the end: http://www.mikkaworks.com/fabrics.html.
Do you want the moon on a stick as well?

No wappers do!
Yep, you can buy them here.
OK, so now I can understand the announcement, but you've taken all the fun out of it.
No need to open your PC or start draging additional hardware around, just install a virtual desktop application such as multidesk.
Voila, all those annoying popups on a seperate desktop.

Or if you're too lazy you could just buy one.
It's also very heavy (for a watch) - 187.5g or 2 gerbils.
Yeah Apple have a great reputation.
Yeah, hybrids are great, but then you end up with a huge SMUG cloud, and then everyone's screwed.
