i never gave a second thought to read the actual text written by King because the movie was so horrible.

Again, making a reference to MMOs as social hubs. It'd be useless to have a 3D instant messenger when you can have pop up windows while you surf in 3D. Think of it this way. You're a college student(web user) on Campus(3D intarweb) who stops by the message board(duh) to see if there are any interesting events or books on sell when you get a text message(Instant Message) from a pal.

this brings out a good point. people have been using MMOs as social hubs. I don't know what the possibilities are for virtual avatars in a streamlined interface, but imagine going to website and meeting up with a pal. It could change the way we use bulletin boards.

I can just imagine flying the revmote around my living room and then being made fun of for the excessive "vrooooooooom" noises i will be making. oh, and isn't Naruto: Ultimate Ninja the same as Naruto 3 in japan? i imported Naruto 2 for my gamecube and i'll say this...you don't need to wait for the english version. get a freeloader for your GC and you're set! the menus are simple enough to navigate and if you're already a fan of the series you'll have no problem figuring out where in the storyline you're at.

  13. Childs Play on More Oblivion Re-Rating Fallout · · Score: 1

Videogames are still widely viewed as a child's toy. Would a parent give a minor a toy with anatomically correct body parts? No. The real problem is that parents use TV and video games to babysit their children. Now a game like Oblivion doesn't include nudity, but a parent should be proactive in their kids' hobbies enough so that the little snots don't go off finding mods that enable in-game nudity. Sadly, if a kid is doing that much he's probably already looking at pr0n.

Actually, I agree. Anime for the past several years has been in a state of stagnation. Not only is the art style oversimplified (in a lot of cases at least), but hardly anything groundbreaking comes out. Where are the Cowboy Bebops? The Ghost in the Shells?

If it's one thing i've learned about Nintendo it is to wait. I bought tbe original GBA. I sold that and got a GBA SP. The DS Comes out and soon after the updated GBA SP. Now the DS Lite hits the shelves in June. After all of the Gameboys, Pockets, Colors, Advances and SPs that I have gone through I'm ready to just sit back and wait for the Black DS Lite that will match my cell phone and iPod nano. Perhaps a price drop will be in place by then.

  18. So what? on ESRB Changes Oblivion's Rating to 'Mature' · · Score: 1

I would hardly consider any of the female models in the game to be anywhere near attractive, but i guess that doesn't matter when you'll be dealing with adolescent teenagers who spring erections with the change of wind direction. This wouldn't be necessary if Oblivion weren't so popular. Take any sleeper hit that happens to have some kind of "nude" patch and no one with an opinion that "matters" would notice.
