How did parent get modded offtopic?!?
He not only replied DIRECTLY to a comment made in TFS, but had I not just commented right above him, I'd have +1 Funny'd him myself!
Some people have mentioned that the part of that car that is controlled by Windows is not critical to the car's motion.
It is possible however for the entertainment system to cause accidents. I'm sure any of you who have used Windows have had the audio system die in it, requiring you to use the task manager to turn off the sound blasting through the speakers.
Now just imagine this: You're doing 100KM/H on the freeway when the kids in the back seat start screaming, which the car interprets as "Increase Volume", then the system crashes and you are desperately whacking away at the dashboard trying to get the 40dB of classical music to stop.
Actually, rush hour would probably be one of the better times for them to be doing that. When's the last time your car exceeded 10 miles per hour during rush hour?
Another one I've found to be quite effective is to use the first letter of each word in a sentence, then change some of those letters to similar numbers and some to uppercase, then some of those numbers to the character on that same key (1=!, 2=@, etc)
1) bears love to eat lots of yummy berries
2) blteloyb
3) b12EL0yb
4) b!2EL)yb
You now have an incredibly hard to guess password, but as long as the person remembers that bears love berries, they can usually remember which are numbers/capital/symbols.
Doesn't there need to be at least 2 pieces?
If you can put a hinge in the middle of a solid piece of aluminum without cutting it in 2, I'm sure there's a Nobel Price for Engineering you could pick up.
So they start with 2 choices, then declare one the winner. Knowing the amount of testing NASA does (foam+shuttle), you have a 50/50 chance of proving them wrong some day!
Yes because you automatically get a high quality award when you produce the only game system in history to have 4 LED's who's sole purpose is to tell you that it is is DEAD!
1) Warning labels on games.
-Don't we already have this?!? (ESRB)
2) Parental Lock
-Not very enforceable. Once a kid is old enough to want a game their parents won't let them have, they will be able to bypass what-ever security the parents use, and if they companies making these devices make the systems unbreakable, what happens when the parent forgets the password and the kid is now old enough to play the "Teen" games? So much for me ever buying used systems without trying it out first!
And Steve Ballmer would have a small white-walled room with a single artists board in front of him covered in chair flight patterns.

And they're popular now?
There's no point, every channel will be broadcasting the Olympics. Maybe not video of the event itself, but talk shows, discussions, etc.
Like a computerized perpetual motion...er...infecting machine?
Damn, somebody beat me to it!
Then a month later you get a letter in the mail saying they've lost a laptop with all your mac addresses in plaintext.
If they don't know what it is you can hardly call them geeks now can you?
It's hard to put the cat on your lap without a chair to sit on.
And the ironic thing is he is probably going to be the one blamed for the leak!
God I hope our resident bigfoot got him.
Note: Resident of lower mainland B.C.
Windows 7 will ship sometime next year (or perhaps early in 2015)
There, fixed that for you.

Put it in a blender: Will It Blend?
Put it in a microwave: Will It Ring?
How the hell did the parent get modded insightful and it's parent funny?!?

Ummmm..... Have you ever seen an old ATI Video Card or any Broadcom Wifi Card?!?
I've been waiting YEARS for that crap to work properly (wifi just started working recently and ati works with half the features)
Or a red ring of fire... We all know how reliable Microsoft Hardware is!
How in gods name did this get modded informative?!?!?
Ok, they are asking for 2 things here:
1) Warning labels on games.
-Don't we already have this?!? (ESRB)

Ummmm... Microsoft Office Open XML (OOXML)?...
