Nothing is being cut from Eva. They are only airing the first to episode and, suprising to many fans, ADV does not allow its shows to be edited for tv broadcast.
Frankly, I think this is a foolish move. As long as the unedited versions are available on DVD, I dont care:)

It is fairly easy to fix a Blinking Nes. The NES was poorly designed and the connector pins bend out over time. In order to fix this all you need to do is a buy a new pin cartridge connector.
Its also a good idea to clean your Carts. Wipe down the pins with a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol. It works great.
Right now Ive got almost all of the NES games I want. I still need to pick up metal gear and contra.
Nothing Like playing metroid, zelda, and the megaman games on an old NES. Mmmmm nostagic.

Great! Your company now has an extra $105K to spend! Either you get a raise (not likely), or another team can be created, employing 8 programmers where four were employed before (and allowing your company to do more work). Of course, the real ratio is a little higher - you need slightly more support staff (management, office workers, etc) to support twice as many workers, on both sides of the ocean, so it's possible your company could jump from 4 workers to 10, for the same amount of money. Seems like a net good to me.

The reason ADV overlayed nadesico is because it was a back catalogue title, and that was the only masters they had for the show. They dont overlay new titles. Stop complaining about something they dont do anymore.

Proper, professional translation should contain the meaning and intonation of the original phrase, while at the same time saving the cultural signifigance. (the piss/water phrase from mononoke applies here)

There were zero ADs for on ADV the ROLW disks.. because it wasnt released by ADV.

ADV never front-loads trailers, they always have them selectable from the menu.
