Even so, you can still set applications' affinity to whichever core you see fit. Running one resource intensive app on one, and another resource intensive app on the other and so on.
(ex. In the game "Thief 3: Deadly Shadows" if you have a multi-core system, you have to set both t3.exe and T3Main.exe to run on only one core (the same core). Otherwise the game starts looping the intro video.)
If only Social Security wasn't mandatory, it would be relatively trivial to have the same amount of your paycheck deposited to a high interest account.
A "Drop" or "Loot" is an item that is "Dropped/Looted" by an enemy (from a non-player-character) after defeating it. "Farming" is a process of staying in the same area without any intention to do anything but kill NPCs and loot a certian type of item that could be used for materials, or to sell them directly and make money.
Alternately, WoW is considered an MSORPG. Which happens to be the parent's reference game.
This reminds me of Asimov's book "The Gods Themselves" where the exchange of electrons between parallel universes, creating limitless and wasteless energy, increases the strength of the nuclear force in our universe. Thus making our huge sun (by parallel universe standards) likely to explode/implode.

Great for the pointless eye-candy first-person shooters. For everything else, there's MasterCard.
Have you considered the numerous other applications for a high-end video card such as this? 3D modeling to name one. Although this is obviously marketed toward the gaming market, I wouldn't rule out legitimate uses for this product.
So by your logic I'm also "removing the rights of christians" if I could engage in pre-martial sex?

Sound still has a lot of issues. KDE and Gnome are getting better all the time but they both lack what I consider to be a really good media player.
I would cry tears of joy if Amarok played video.

To predict that the keyboard will be gone in less than 10 years is like predicting the steering wheel will be gone by then, too.
