The computer-not-quite-literate want their "free music", but don't care to learn about how torrents work. The stuff about finding a tracker, downloading a torrent file, and then opening that new file is a bit to complicated for them. They opt for search and double click. Therefore, there's still a lot of LimeWire use around.

"Capital Punishment is a deterrent, nothing more."

Incorrect. It also removes those individuals who are deems too big of a threat to society to be allowed to roam free. People like the pot farmers in Newton County, Arkansas who cut up unlucky travelers who stumble upon their fields and put them in whiskey barrels to hide them. Some people can't be rehabilitated.

Some don't even need rehabilitation; these are the kind of people who do not have mental problems, but genuinely do not care about others at all. These are the people that prison/rehabilitation won't help. They'll serve their time and go right back to what they were doing. If they've been shown to not have qualms resorting to killing people to achieve their goals in the past, they should not be allowed back into society.

I feel for people who end up like this, I can't imagine what kind of hell made them that way as a child. Like the dogs who are raised to fight, and beaten by people, and therefore hate people and cannot be adopted after they are rescued. Sometimes you can't help people.

Capital Punishment is not just a deterrent, it is a last resort precautionary measure. For those out there that cannot be rehabilitated (and commit crimes that would warrant it), or committed too heinous of a crime to ever be trusted again, they must be removed from society permanently. Anything else would be irresponsible.

What's so different about singling out one more high-risk group and protecting ourselves from the collateral damage they are more likely to cause?"

No. You can't compare vision impaired and drunken drivers to teenagers, it's not the same thing. Two are a state a person can be in, and teenagers are a group of people. And the elderly are not restricted, as long as they pass the exam (biggest issue is the vision test), and if they fail that, it's because of another issue, not being elderly itself.

You're comparing apples to mustard-covered antique music-boxes. Groups and conditions are not the same thing. You don't screw over multiple people because many(most?) of them are not great at something. Get back under your bridge.

Though, in the last year I've switched to ZipZoomFly, mostly for the reason that their search engine is the most detailed around. It's much, much easier to find the part you're after. TigerDirect and ZipZoomFly are often neck and neck and rather competitive in regards to pricing.

Of course I can't comment on shadiness as I've never had to return anything to either of them. I took care of a faulty motherboard directly through MSI, but that's irrelevant (but included for your viewing pleasure). I also avoid mail-in-rebates and refurbished parts like the plague.
