Yea after the comey testimonies i think it was a senator said someone did hack Clinton's sever. He didn't say who did but they found that server was sending copies of all emails to a 3rd party. Like i said he didn't say who it was but he did say it WASN'T Russia.
Leaving any classified info in any unsecured location is instant violation, there is No Gray area in the law. I remember someone was interviewed about classified info. He said if he left a classified document on his desk in his off at say the pentagon and left the room. Didn't lock it up in his office safe, that would be grounds for his clearance to be revoked no if's and's or buts. There was a guy took pictures inside a sub which was listed as confidential, the lowest level of classification so he could show his kids/grand kids what he did. He got a YEAR in prison for that and they were easy on him. Clinton sent and received hundreds classified documents through her server and she can't claim ignorance to it as she knew she would be sent that kinda material as head of state department.
Biggest part that is wrong about your comment is the claim it was Russia. As it stands only DNC and a company THEY paid to look at the server have said that. That company also has very heavy and far left leaning ideology so any claims they make is well bogus. There has been plenty of experts that came out and looking at file time stamps say there was 0 chance it was an outside hack due to speed at which the files were copied. The only way data could been transferred was by someone with physical access.
So in Summary the Russian claim is just a way for Dem's to keep people distracted from fact they picked worst person in history to run as their candidate. All the while we have yet to see 1 piece of evidence that points to Russia or even links to Trump. Democrat's just don't want to admit they tried to rig the election's and it backfired bad.

Other issue is you look at 2016 and how these companies use their massive power and reach to influence election's like they tried to do in 2016. Everyone will look at "the russian interference" which lets be real did next to nothing compared to likes of google messing with its search to benfit the leftist democrat's while putting labels on GOP's picture calling them a nazi. Then you got most recent news from likes a twitter saying conservatives are scared to voice their opinion's in a very hostile liberal work place. We can also look at how Facebook and Cambridge analytic's story where all you heard about was how it helped Trump but never how Facebook data was used by Clinton and Even obama in 2012 which facebook found out later about but let them keep the data which was illega campaign contribution and like would be charged as if they looked at it.
All and All these companies as posted above are using their power and reach to influence people's vote in 1 person's favor and we all know that is in favor if the liberal democrat's.
It doesn't but these companies are claiming protection under communication's decency act that they can't be sued for what someone posts but they are actively censoring people's like a publisher which means they can't claim immunity. So as much as they can censor people's speech they can't claim immunity from liability which they do.
