I have no problem with money for DLC as long as it's not pay to win or cut grinds etc.... it keeps the developers focus on keeping the game fun and interesting. With pay to win it creates all kinds of perverse side effects on game play.
Same boat as you being an older worker. These guys get stuck on something (all night) and I usually can figure it out in an hour or two- I know it takes time but managers do appreciate folks that are cool and consistent.
I hear this all the time but WTH actually does this? Anyone here at slashdot? Even when I was younger I did an all nighter just once or twice. I've been working 8 hour days the last 15 years.
There are lots of places in India with no power at all. If you have trouble raising the capitol to build a full scale power plant a solar installation might be more appropriate especially without a nationwide grid. This might be practical -vs- environmental.
You have to be kidding, episodes 1-3 were a directoral disaster. Watch the redlettermedia review for a lesson on movie making.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
Ever hear of ballistic coefficient? Yeah its a thing... plus the higher velocity meteor is more likely to explode in the atmosphere. Obviously you have been schooled stupid....
Actually narcissists have poor self-esteem which is why they act out in the way they do to compensate. It is hard to know if meditation is healthy or not in this context.
I am similar only need to take out the trash bin to the curb every 3rd or 4th week if I do it sooner it's because it is starting to stink. I used to have an obese family that lived across the street would put two bins out every week and they were usually overflowing.
The vast majority of stuff in orbit has nothing to do with NASA and the agencies monitoring the junk in space aren't NASA either. Why would NASA be involved?
Our attempts to overthrow dictators in Iraq, Libya and Syria (and our coup of elected president in Iran) haven't worked out too well. Maybe we should try something different.
How big are ongoing costs though for things in space? It's difficult to imagine more than a handful of people are needed to monitor spy satellites and gps for instance... and these are all contractors! Hardly calls for it's own military branch. It would make more sense for a government agency to be dedicated for government space business.... like NNSA does for nukes.
Yeah they tell you that they are not going to hire you. This is not ghosting.
Are you nuts? Ball mouses were terrible collecting fibers and grime. Optical mouse was one of the best input upgrades you could get.

I can definitely see how this can happen to a consultant and needing to make hay while the sun shines.. Mostly was addressing salary folks :)

I have a feeling that a movie about this would be shit.

So perhaps type 1 has some sort of auto-immune connection (congratulations on RTFA I didn't)
A large slow asteroid is going to get more energy to the ground than a smaller faster one.
Also pumping a lot of cooling water through the plant... double the advantage :)
Those are two of the shittiest chains in existence. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to eat.
The weird chemical tasting spices... blech.

Maybe Elon is just a category 47b

The navy helped out at Fukushima, I think if we had a disaster on a similar scale they would help out the Coast Guard.
