No, really. Why? Does it matter at all for correctness? (answer, no). True, some databases will optimize one type of join differently than another type and if you know the intricacies of these you can optimize operations. Is there any other reason? Style?
That just follows from point 2 (We will not allow anyone to deny us access to space). Note that it is exactly the same thing as having warships at sea (We will not allow anyone to deny us access to the seas) or warplanes in the sky (We will not allow anyone to deny us access to the skies).
No. 1080i is 1080 lines interlaced. That is, each frame of 1080 lines is divided into two fields, odd and even, each containing 576 lines. All the odd lines are presented to the display first, followed by the even lines. Displays that use this as a native format are usually CRT screens where there is an electron gun that scans across the screen lighting up the phosphors continuously. Interlaced signals work fine for these types of displays, but for a non-scanning display such as a flat-panel display or a digital projector, an interlaced signal must be deinterlaced first to produce a single frame with all the lines appearing sequentially. There can be complications with this, so what is better for these types of displays is to have a progressive image to start with.
Oh yeah, 1080i can be better than 720p, for example if you have a 1080i native CRT. On the other hand, if you have a 720p-native LCD or plasma TV, the 720p image can probably look better. On the other hand, I have a 852x480 progressive plasma display which does a better job at handling a 1080i signal than it does at handling a 720p signal, at least from my hd cable box. Go figure. I also have a 30" Sony CRT TV. It's got an awesome picture, but the screen isn't so big and the thing is very large and weighs about 200 pounds.
Autorun is on by default for any drive (floppy disks, cd-rom, dvd-rom, hard drive, Zip or Jaz disks, USB memory sticks, SD cards, CompactFlash, xD) on any interface that supports removable media (IDE/ATAPI, SCSI, USB, Firewire, PCMCIA). That includes iPods, which show up as a disk drive. It's a good idea to turn off Autorun globally.
X-2 isn't terrible. It's just not really a sequel. It's more like an expansion pack with different outfits for the female characters and none of the cool male characters. It was just 1/5th the game that X was.
X was awesome. I played through it twice (once in Japanese, once in English to make sure I actually understood what was going on). The Japanese version was fun because you could do the trick to get massive amounts of skill points and max out the skill board for every character. Of course, you still get your ass kicked by some of the custom monsters that the monster breeder has.

It is necessary to have the capabilities.

Money, for the win!
It's hard to take a good line through a corner when you're supposed to stay in your lane and on your side of the road.
Battle Chess kicked my ass at chess almost 18 years or so ago.

Good gas milage, looks stupid (turns heads), and your farts will smell like roses.
I have one somewhere that probably would work if I could find it to put fresh batteries in it.
I have a bit of a fetish for girls in costumes, so that wasn't a turn-off for me.
Yeah, you're right. It was pretty weak.
It can give you 1000 trillion arithmetic exceptions per second.

Shenmue 2 came out for Xbox in the U.S.
Of course, Xbox isn't PSX either.
AFAIK, there was no Shenmue for PSX.
I wonder if Castlevania: Symphony of the Night works.

They should look different. Looking different isn't bad if they work well.
Can't you just buy a six string and play it 'til your fingers bleed?

100M means 100 meters, which has meaning, but doesn't make any sense in the context of a wikipedia corpus.

That's okay, there are new girls turning 21 every year.
