I can see the live concerts now... packed with people in the crowd, latest pryrotechnics ready to go, all the latest visual and audio gear deployed.
And in the middle of the stage, a beige computer tower with a monitor, keyboard and mouse and a technician on hand to wiggle the mouse every 10 minutes so the flying windows screensaver doesnt come on.
For those in the audience that dont get the 'I-lost-my-cat-dept' it's in reference to Schrodinger's cat, a quantum theory of superposition. You can find what it's about here.
* bitch * open source * crack & crack pipe * fuckyou * GPL * upside your head * enema * what is up, my homie? * copyright * fraud * federal 'pounding in the ass' jail
Congratulations RIAA keep up the good work, I hope you proceed to the next level which is taking the elderly out into the middle of a street for a public stoning from unsellable cds.
Perhaps putting children to work in your cd factories might teach them that each song they steal is worth not the 1 cent it's pressed on, but thousands of dollars.
I know the sys admin for yahoo, they've been working on a blog system since early this year. As with everything yahoo does, Korea is where they test it.
Korea is actually thier biggest money maker too, there is a avatar system that they have access to and people pay to buy virtual clothes and other such things for their own personal avatar. They make a fortune out of it, it's crazy.
But yeah... yahoo is definitely get a blog system.

I can't see how creating more X alternatives or derivatives are going to help linux become more mainstream on the desktop?
Perhaps someone could explain that to me...
Door to Door FUD, my what an age we live in!
I'd only be impressed if he used a couple of magnets to manually shift the bits onto the harddrive.
I meant...
I guess using two pringles cans instead of one really did the trick.

I haven't even run out and bought a 32bit. Contiki and c64 1mhz 8bit power keep me warm at night.

Magnets... the geek's natural enemy, even more so than fresh air and natural light.

When the blaster worm hit, we had to work for a few days to clear the thing from the staff network.
Now that we well and truly cleared it after much scanning to make sure, we've moved on to the on-campus student's network.
We have to physically go to each room, patch and scan to remove both blaster and welchier.
It's both an annoyance for us and the students who pretty much treat us like unwanted guests on their pcs.

I for one welcome our new human-rabbit hybrid masters.
I will remind them that I could be useful in rounding up people to toil in their underground carrot mines.
I guess the world isnt ready to hear:
"n0 way I k1ll3d u d00d! u c4mp1ng f4g!"
Nikki Vs. Hilary...

Gee I wonder what the top secret project could be...
I bet it's Sinclair C6
Well that's what you get for having your office 10 miles out to sea.
I heard the investor prospectus came with some floaties.
"Bob the IT support guy!"
"Bob the IT support guy!"
"can he fix it?!?"
"No he can't, because that's not his department, it's a software issue and it was raised with management over a month ago"
Shhh! you wanna get sued?!
