I deleted my facebook account 6 months ago by emailing them. Sure enough my account was deleted. However, to this day I can still view my pictures using the direct links intended for non members to view your pics.
I've emailed them a few times and have received 3 different replies. First was that it would take time and eventually my pictures would go away. Second explanation was that my pictures would never go away. Third reply refuted the second reply and basically told me to be patient as they would eventually go away. I'm still waiting and I suspect what they have told me is pure horseshit.
Is BitTorrent an appropriate protocol for file distribution in the business sector?
WTF does the business sector have ANYTHING to do with what protocol you use?? The business wont give a crap if you used smoke signals, as long as they get their shit when they need it.
I could imagine a homebrew tracker, with uTorrent and an RSS feed at each site, but that sounds a little too patchwork to fly by the CIO
Go to the kitchen, get the dullest butter knife you can find, and then try your hardest to slit your left wrist. Grind as hard as you can. If you dont see bone, keep trying. Try harder. Did ya really need to submit an article to figure this out??
If they are smart, they will deploy AP's with layer 2 client isolation (AKA wireless client isolation) which effectively kills any client to client traffic through the access point or access gateway.
This will kill all the little mom and pops wifi offerrings. Alot of them have thrived by being creative (ie. free access for foot traffic) but this will surely change things.
Instead, they quote the technology's inventor and the executive chairman of the company, while a man presented just as "an electrical engineering professor at Princeton University" actually sits on the company's board of advisors. None of these three, of course, have a vested interest in pumping up this new technology.
"Intel CPUs, and that by doing so, they will gain the same kinds of discounts that Dell get.
If price of cpu's were really such a big factor, AMD might have been alot more willing to offer discounts than Intel.
JAVA DEVELOPER'S JOURNAL Editor-in-chief Alan Williamson has recently awarded Marc Fleury with the title "JBoss's own worst enemy" in his blog (http://alan.blog-city.com/readblog.cfm?BID=77874) . It appears that there were some polling inconsistencies with the JDJ awards and that the JBoss Group's CEO gave Williamson quite the verbal lashing in a letter earlier this week. Williamson reacted by publishing Fleury's email in his blog.
There really is no such thing as a free lunch and where the rubber meets the road, it comes down to the bucks.
However, it certainly makes him look like a knob to piss on very things that have helped him get to where he is now. Dude needs to chillax and smoke a bowl I say.
The one thing I see odd is that he is using both of the antenna jacks on the Senao card which were meant to be used in diversity mode with matched antennas. He is using a rubber duck on one and a directonal on the other.
I know that there are numerous different diversity modes but my experience with this particular Senao card (prism 2.5 chipset) is that you are better off using a single antenna on the main connector (left connector when viewd with sockets facing down)
FCVs are twice as efficient as gasoline or diesel engines, and they produce no pollutants or carbon dioxide. The only tailpipe emission is water vapor. The biggest challenge now facing the developers of FCVs is where to get the hydrogen.
Hydrogen is plentiful in fossil fuels such as methane and natural gas. At the present time, fossil fuels are the most convenient source of hydrogen. But using fossil fuels to produce hydrogen creates pollution and adds to the consumption of nonrenewable resources
roammobility used to be awesome, but now they are completely useless in most big cities. These days, I just go into AT&T and buy a 45 dollar prepaid.

Gah. I swear I pressed that "C" key. :(
It doesnt matter. As long as you dont see the words "catholi priest".

So... a person that really has a need for such a 'gaming router' is just gonna pick up bunch of parts and slap a freebsd box together.
;)
:)
Yhea right!
Save themselves and their techy friends some trouble and have them go buy that router
This has been out for a while (last april):http://users.belgacom.net/bn967347/
Here's another explanation: http://www.aaronrogers.com/nintendods/wifime.php
and also of DS interest: http://ds.darkain.com/hack/
Create backups, then take them home with you if possible. Doing online backups leaves you at the mercy of the provider.
Best quote from that article:

you'll notice the inherent benefits of ebooks, such as quick searching, hyperlinks to related articles, etc.
These will also be the greatest distractions to the kids.
Having larger than life moving pictures in front of me makes me really motion sick.
I'm guessing that these things will have similar effects.
It takes forever to reinstall all 3 discs of this game.
Perfect opportunity to come up with a decent name but nope, geekiness prevails and the best he can do is: C++0x

NASA TV certainly has come a long way since the days of CUSeeMe rooms. Anyone remember those?

Anyone know how much one of these things cost? Do is it even taste good? I cant imagine it would be any better than any other instant coffee.
The DS has already been somewhat hacked: http://users.belgacom.net/bn967347/
He's using a hacked version 1 WET 11 for the Access point.
Basically its a replacement of the stock radio with a 200mW Senao card. You can see here: http://shacktopus.com/hacks/senao-wet11.html
The one thing I see odd is that he is using both of the antenna jacks on the Senao card which were meant to be used in diversity mode with matched antennas. He is using a rubber duck on one and a directonal on the other.

Good explanation of alternative fuel vehicles here: http://www.midamericanenergy.com/eew/more/alt.html
Here's a good snippet regarding Fuel Cells:
