If you're looking at the Toshiba Qosmio, stop. It is a great, nice laptop.. but it is bulky and heavy. It does have a dedicated numeric keypad but as you noticed -- it's very plastic-y feeling and definitely wouldn't hold up to any amount of daily usage..
Yeah, I think I want one of these, too. Very simple to just get the time yet, useful if you want to use it's more advanced features and it still costs less than a fancy, shmancy watch.
I tend to think I can access just about anything. I think expecting java or flash to work isn't asking much yet that's not available so I do think saying 'all' is a little misleading.
I think a simple re-wording would get their point across and yet not be invalid.
If you're concerned about where Apple sill send them, you can always send them to Computer Drop Off and they're *gauranteed* to be recycled properly in Portland, OR. It's ran by a friend of mine.
I think $10 for a cellular phone battery is a little cheap. Try $40-80 for most. Laptop battery? Yeah, try $50 or so atleast for that too. Battery for a UPS, yeah $50 or more again.. so not sure what world you live in, but $99 while it seems unreasonable, it's definately reasonable when compared to the other absurd prices for the same typing of thing!
I had to get on some spam lists for an experiment as well. I signed up for everything you could imagine and recieve less spam on that account than my other accounts.
I have a rule so all [SPAM?] tags get sent to uce@ftc.gov and I see that atleast 50 a day go there and I have been doing that for atleast 3 months now..
Even sadder, do a search for Credit Card and you'll get tons of hits for actual credit card #'s. I'm inclined to believe they're real and people really do not know they're sharing them. How sad.
and anyone with Platinum Visa $1000 Credit Limit.doc is just STUPID..

I don't think 65 is excessive. What is unfortunate though is this guy probably cannot get a truly fair trial unless they weed out e-mail users.
Too many false positives eh? Sounds a lot like SORBS!
It is standard police procedure in a criminal investigation to subpoena or to get a search warrant for telephone records.
Exactly.. when you have a warrant or subpoena. Neither of which they have now.

You could use InfoStructure (http://www.mind.net/ and use FrontPage! :)
There was a memory leak in those versions. That's definately been fixed in the latest RC's, as well as 1.0.
Yes, of course leave it to the Japaneese. They're a progressive society.

The Pilot baby.
Sprint's PCS Billing Department leaves a lot to be desired. So does LISTEN.COM/RHAPSODY's Customer Service.
