Instead they get multimillion dollar pay packages, plus bonuses, plus the infamous golden parachute once they've leeched enough value out of a company. Give 'em minimum wage and commissions on their "sales," and maybe they could approach being worth what they're paid.

    Not quite. You can't use an IP address to definitively identify an individual. But you can damn sure use one to identify a location. Which is what matters here - do the IP addresses show that MediaSentry acted illegally by doing their thing in a state where they were enjoined from doing their thing?

    Was one of their chants during the Brooks Brothers Riot http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A31074-2005Jan23.html that halted the Miami vote recount in the 2000 election. Very telling picture at that link.

    Whatever happened to the rule of law, Republicans? Did the power distract you from that niggling little issue?

    Agreed - far too many of the Democrats in both the Senate and the House have turned out to be more egregious appeasers than Chamberlain. For example that pathetic twit Nancy Pelosi with her outrageous "table-setting" practices. But at least there are *some* Democratic congresspeople willing to oppose the blatant criminality of this administration. I don't see any Republican, save the mis-partied Ron Paul, standing up for the Constitution. The party-before-constitution attitude of the current Republican party terrifies me. The spinelessness of the Democrats only sickens me.

    And don't forget that you don't have a right to vote to determine your state's electors - unless your state legislature gives you that right. It is up to the state legislatures to designate electors, and there need not (by Federal law) be any voting involved in its doing so.

    Bullshit. Malwart was entitled to recover the costs they had paid because the trucking company ended up paying it. So... do you think the hospital should have been paid twice? Why should malwart not get back the money it paid that it turned out not to have been liable to pay?

    They're wrong about lots of things, but they're right about this. No double-dipping. Simple enough. Pay 'em back.
