Battlestar Galactica has proven that it's possible to create cinema-quality special effects and atmosphere on a TV show budget these days.
Babylon 5, more accurately, had proven that it's possible to create cinema-quality special effects and atmosphere on a TV show budget long before the current Battlestar Galactica.
Now, what would be better, is if I could port my existing number to Grand Central...then I'd only have to do it ONCE. (I've already suggested this idea to them.)
I've had a GrandC entral number for a while now. I set it up with the plan that, I could finally get rid of my AT&T cellur phone and go pre-paid, but not be tied to any one company.
I haven't yet done that, but I have been using the GrandCentral number for more of my business use. I think it works well and I haven't been using the verous special features, such as "ListenIn".
I think what held me back from making the final switch-over to the new number was concern about the viability of Grand Central long term. Well, I think the Google acquisition solves that problem. Google isn't going away anytime soon.
So, I guess, in the end I'm please they were acquired. The funny thing was I was on the site earlier yesterday to get a number set up for my wife, but didn't do it. Now, I'll have to send myself an invite to set up that other number. Oh well...
Given the fact that it's on the side of a volcano, and the fact that it's in the middle of a lava field, the most likely answer is that it opens into a lava tube. Most likely a small meteorite hit the center of the circle and caused a circular fracture that fell into the underlying tube. Right...or more likely it is a giant worm tube.
Clearly a result of Mars' former lush watery vegetative past.
Seriously, what if that were oil? There'd be a Mars expedition program the likes of which we've not yet seen. It would make the Apollo moon program look like Cub Pack 13's model rocketry club.
As part of the SETI Institute's Project Phoenix, we twice aimed large antennas in the direction of Gliese 581, hoping to pick up a signal that would bespeak technology... Neither search turned up a signal. If only they were using Verizon for wireless communications, we'd be hearing them now.
Yeah, but will I be able to install this as an upgrade to my Palm TX???

Vonage Receives Temporary Stay In Verizon Patent Litigation, Continues to Sell Service
HOLMDEL, N.J., April 6, 2007/PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Vonage today secured a temporary stay from U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC. The stay enables Vonage to continue to sign up new customers until the Appellate court can hear Vonage's request for a permanent stay. The Court's ruling allows Vonage to continue to provide phone service to existing customers.
Earlier today the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Va. indicated it would enter an injunction against Vonage effective April 12, 2007 in connection with certain Verizon technology on which it was found to be infringing. The Court indicated that Vonage would be barred from acquiring new customers during its appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. In response, Vonage filed for and received an emergency stay of the injunction from the Federal Circuit.

Heck, you really only need one. Wish I had the inclination to learn to use a straight razor.
In any case, The Gillette Sensor--a two blade mode--was and remains the best disposable blade razor produced. Unfortunately, you can't get them anymore because everyone has to have more and more blades. I just got some fancy Schick something or other in the mail, for free to try it, and it was crap.
...or so the Radical Religious Right( aka R3) would have you believe.
Of course they want to force out funding for extraterrestrial life sicences and searched. This would shatter their belief nuch like the concept that the Earth revolved around the sun.

Bah! Just play Timelords by BTRC instead.
Well, yes, if it is a 30 minute wait, then great. My previous experiences were not nearly as "clean".
As far as prepaid plans, I think T-Mobile has the best for what I want.
Yes, yes, yes...I'm well aware of that.
And while you can do it, is generally a P.I.T.A.
Thusly, I'd rather avoid that annoyance.
Now, what would be better, is if I could port my existing number to Grand Central...then I'd only have to do it ONCE. (I've already suggested this idea to them.)
I've often wondered the same thing using two Gmail accounts.
How soon would it fill up both accounts?
Excellent...now I can reap the profits from selling Grand Central invites on eBay!!!

Haven't they heard of an power conditioner or UPS?
Seriously, I'll offer to buy them a Furman Strip out of my own pocket. Hell, I'll buy them two.
That's no cave! That's a giant puddle of oil.

Based on our very short and limited examples here on Earth, militant civilizations seem to have a notoriously short lifespan.
Frack! Frack! Frack!
Now we can focus on getting them to pre-install the AmigaOS.
Then after that, OS/2 Warp!!!
Yeah, but will I be able to install this as an upgrade to my Palm TX???
