Well, RC (Recent Change) is cryptic, there is no doubt. And an experienced worker can easily change it. The complexity comes in due to bundling with other features (such as 3-way calling and call-waiting) that would have to be un-bundled as a software item on the switch for that specific subscriber. At that time, it does get messier, and I can see some telcos just making the decision to only change the billing side, and to leave the software setup on the switch as is.

Unfortunately, it's under 50%. Even with a record turnout, it was just too scary for many people to change presidents now. The status quo feels 'safer'.

It's strange, but too many Americans no longer understand the strengths of the U.S. Constitution, and fail to realize that those strengths actually allow the country to function in a time of 'war', and change presidents.

Well, guess what? They *WILL* have to do that in four years.

Will it help bush? I hope not. Many of us foresaw something regarding OBL happening immediately prior to the election anyway. The great masses of the brainwashed electorate won't be affected by this. It's only the very scant few that haven't made up their mind by now that could be affected. The anti-bush crowd is probably scared more by the bush adminstration than OBL.

So, in summary, I'm not convinced that bush has been helped at all.
