    Yep. In the early 1990's they had a Government auction here where a Univac was up for bid.

    High bid was $300 (US), and pulled from the auction as the precious metals that could be salvaged was much more than that.

    I've been following one person, but there are many out there making a living off of Fortnite.

    Since graduating this year, decided to spend all their time streaming, putting college off till next year.
    Renting a 2 bedroom very nice apt with the donations they make. People are throwing money at these streamers.

    I don't use twitter often, nor linkedIn. After an extended away, the App on my phone started to show notifications from Twitter - and upon logging in there were no DMs or messages, just "missed tweets".

    I get at least 10 Twitter E-mails a week; and have only logged in to get an account I've never used, 8 years ago.

  8. I dual boot Linux Mint, from there I rename the file X:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy by adding -something to the end of it.
    I don't uninstall it as each update reinstalls it (last one did).

    I've had to remove the rename, leaving the directory as it was.

    This update crates a new directory with the same name adding close to 30 new .DLL's. Rebooting and removing same as it claims update didn't work. Next time I reboot it runs the update again - it's a stand off.

    After updating, renamed the directory again and all is fine.

    So those who uninstalled, I can only imagine the mess they are in.

    It's practically impossible to prevent copyrighted things from being uploaded illegally. So if it comes to that, Google may decide to shut down youtube in the EU because there is no other option. What a shame that would be.

    There are a lot of copyrighted movies on youtube. I came across them by accident.

    Not logged in on tablet and playing the recomended selections. Ones I saw had a very large titles that didn't relate to the movie.
    The movies are backwards, sped up or down to avoid auto detection. I watched avatar for free, only one the speed was bearable.

    Maybe they just don't have mass in this dimension, but gravity itself spills through to multiple dimensions.

    Brian Greene's "Elegant Universe" (string theory) explains gravity. That being gravity was the first force and the only force that can transverse all dimensions.

    So maybe. It explains Dark Matter.

    I only used Agent with Windows, version 1.9 was my Usenet, e-mailer program for years, then 6 to connect to Google.

    Find a better use for your time.

    Watching may have a different meaning to you and I.

    He streams a lot so have him playing all the time - in the backgound. I'm used to a tv playing while computing, but the commercials
    over free tv (antenna) are obnoxious enough to find an alternative. But something has to be on TV for ambience.

    But I've gathered enough tricks from him to help my son play some decent games. So it's been working pretty well.

    be spelled employee or the money saving employe. This broadcast was unusal and followed by the second and last message a year later
    saying they had decided to keep it as employee.

    We saw it as a high level secretary war, any savings having long since been blown away.

    He's an 18 year old that doesn't annoy me. I like Fortnite but not that good at it, I guess I play Fortnite through him.

    Fortnite is very popular at the moment, as are Fortnite streams on Twitch.tv and Youtube.

    I started watching when he had some 300K youtube subscribers, now over 800K and pulling in 20K a day now.

    All you have to do is not use your real life information when signing up for services. Same goes for utilities.

    I've used www.fakenamegenerator.com for many years now, mostly on Rooted Android devices.
    I'll reroll the info till I get something close to home.

    This would be used on servers and such, no money involved.

    And how is that going to stop Google from reading half the emails I ever send, because although I have nothing to do with them, many people I communicate with are using Google mail services behind other domains and I have no way to even know it's happening? Should I just not send email any more?

    When I was on the newsgroups the headers changed to Google using the 10.0.0.0 block (public IP's) to forward pretty much everything.

    But this isn't a privacy issue with me as I expect it with Google, and I'm sure in their TOS, I've not read.
