What did they expect? I'll go see Snakes on a Plane sometime, but I like bad horror comedies. One of my friends won't because it's been overhyped too much.
Successful implementation of a good idea is incredibly valuable. You don't have to come up with a new idea, you just have to implement it better than others. Do you think the Ipod was the first mp3 player?
Temporarily suspending or dropping? Make up your minds! Are they trying to confuse the issue by separating the case and settlement discussions? Dropping the case against the dead guy, but only suspending the settlement discussion?
"Our hearts go out to the Scantleberry family for their loss. We had decided to temporarily suspend the productive settlement discussions we were having with the family. Mr. Scantleberry had admitted that the infringer was his stepson, and we were in the process settling with him shortly before his passing. Out of an abundance of sensitivity, we have elected to drop this particular case."
Yep, see this all this time in automotive forums. Usually minimum of 10-25 guaranteed sales to get the discount. The store gets the money then orders from their distributor (If they don't already have a large stock of it) and the items are shipped to the individual customers. Quick and easy sale for the store. It also convinces buyers to get something they've been putting off buying so they can get in on the discount.
I thought the same thing when similar taxes in other countries were passed. If I'm paying for it when I buy blank media, shouldn't I be able to download or copy anything I want since I've already paid for it.
I just installed Flash and Shockwave on someone else's computer and was very annoyed that Macromedia was pushing Yahoo Toolbar. The toolbar option was pre-checked. This lead to a discussion about how I started using Google in the first place. Google just gave me a search box on their website when everyone else was pushing "portals" at you. Google gave you what you wanted and nothing more. Now, they're pulling this shit. If I want a toolbar, I'll download a toolbar. It's time to shape up, Google.
Problems shouldn't happen. This is what testing and quality control are supposed to prevent. Unfortunately, problems like this do happen and customers end up paying a premium to become beta testers for companies.
Hacking: to make chopping strokes or blows Tool: a handheld device that aids in accomplishing a task
An example of a hacking tool is an ax or hatchet. Almost all laptops seem vulnerable to this hacking tool. One previously unknown exploit is that this hacking tool can make a wired network into a wireless network.
I thought about that too. One idea would be to offer a unique discount code based on the ad click. You be paying Google and the customer, but the increased volume may lead to increased profits.
Mixed cards will also slow down wireless routers. Honestly, go mostly if not all wired. The office is stripped. Running new wire and setting up ports is super easy if take the time to plan it all out first. When you have the office setup, it's more of a pain.
BTW, is your electrical already setup for 200 users? Otherwise, you'll be doing that too.
A server has an uptime of 99.65-99.93% if you reboot it everyday (assuming reboot time of 1-5 minutes). If you only do it once a week, the uptime is in the 99.95-99.99% range. Unless it's a vital 24/7 box or the time is longer due to application or hardware, most people aren't going to notice that except on reports.
My understanding is that Perleman and Hamilton did the groundwork, but never created a proof. It's like coming up with an idea for building a flying car, but never building one. When someone takes your ideas and expands upon them and creates a flying car, they get the credit.
Lenovo moves to install only Microsoft operating systems on their computers. When asked why, a Lenovo spokesman said "We needed to do something that would really set apart from the rest of the herd".

They don't want to reinstall because they're don't want to reinstall their pirated copy of Office.
Largest Object in the Universe then is the Universe.
The problem is that after extended periods of lower gravity, there is bone loss and muscle atrophy. That is the problem with extended space flight.

Thank you and good night.
Heartily agree with points 2 & 3, but I never have mod points when I need them.

MS stopped making/supporting OS's that run on anything less than 133MHz so why shouldn't Linux?

Exactly! For a 20" screen, I was expecting a better video card, so you could get a decent framerate at the native resolution.

What I never understand is why they don't outsource the higher paid employees? You know, management.
If it's a rerun then it should have started with "This article was originally aired on..." since this is a news site.
