it was spelled pr0n back then so that it could not be found by search engines (of all kinds). that was of course when nobody knew about it (unlike today).

I think the big issue is that there was an oops associated with autofs/nfs usage, and that this oops was fixed just a week or two ago.
By that logic there shouldn't be an oopsable piece of code in the current kernel, but i know there are still some oopses left. Like a very old ISDN MPPP oops i've reported over and over and noone fixed it yet (i would if i could).
I like ext3 a lot, especially since you can upgrade from ext2 to ext3 without any data loss. Linus show ext3 to the masses!

Another thing that went through my head today how much quality of humans have been lost in the WTC. Also think about all the DATA that was blown away, not only computer data (which was probably backed up at other places to some extent) but also contracts etc. and all the companies that simply vanished. horrible.
they own all the lines in Germany that if someone want to offer flatrate they would have to pay telecom the fee for using that line
true. many companies who offered a flatrate went bankrupt in the last months (sometimes they were even cheaper than T themself, i wonder what calculator they used).
i dont know how well you speak german (or read for that matter), but www.onlinekosten.de has a huge list of all ISPs in germany (direct link), including flatrate info, pricing, availability etc.
T-Propaganda worked well on you. There are plenty of others (like arcor, qdsl, qsc, mobilcom, o.tel.o etc.). I dont know what util company they are talking about, but www.rwe.de is offering it. Be warned: they are expensive as hell!

No it doesn't. I grew up with Zelda and i love the new look. And so does everyone else here who gre up with it. The 5% who don't will when they see the final game, trust me.
PS. I have some news for you: Marketing guys know shit.
There has been some discussion about the cartoon style and some peeps said that the new zelda is made for kids and N doesn't care for the mature folks. Guess what: it is for kids, welcome to the real world. May i ask you: how old were you when you first played zelda on your NES? Think about it.
Another point: Gameplay is EVERYTHING. I know some peeps who still play Mario Kart on the SNES and they have a big game machine (1.XGhz, GF3 you name it) at home. And if you ask me i love the new style of Zelda because of what i just said: it has style. It reminds me of Day of the Tentacle and Monkey Island 3 (look at the clouds for example). Go Big N!

God Lord, i didn't even noticed it. But you are right. And it is a shame the game is not on the list. I've played this game forever on my C64! I didn't know you could save the game so i had to start i new game every time and unfortunately the day is quite short and me and a friend of mine probably replayed it 50 times until we finished it:)
