The Thief series of games is all about religion. The Builders, the Hammerites, Pegans, etc. The series doesn't hide the fact that they're poking fun at religion and showing how dangerous they can be, if taken too seriously.
Isn't that like... "Act Naturally"? or "Black Light"?

I guess my first modding experience would fall under the "artsy-fartsy" catagory.
I realized that every conflict has its casualties.
I'd rip an arm off of a stormtrooper, then use red and pink modelling paint to make the injury look authentic.
My mother sat me down one day for a talk, because she found a bloody GI Joe head and a Stormtrooper arm in the bathtub.
Cardio (jumping rope, jogging, bicycling, swimming, masturbating furiously, etc), while it only burns so many calories at a time, WILL increase your "resting metabolism", thus making your body burn more calories throughout the day.
Resistence training (lifting heavy weights.. not sissy 20-rep weight... I'm talking 4-6 max rep range) will pack on solid, lean muscle. That also increases your resting metabolism and makes sugars (carbohydrates) more likely to go to muscle than be stored as fat.
I've got a long way to go, myself. But I am making progress. Noticable progress. I've been following This Program for a few months.
I've known this for eons. The earth's rotation slows down to a crawl every Monday, and then speeds up really really fast on Saturday/Sunday. Then it slows down again come Monday morning.
Where's the mention of Commodore? I remember having oodles of boxes of 5 1/4" disks with nothing but C64 games on them. Might I remind everyone of the graphics and sound superiority? Next, the Amiga. Again, superior when it came to a/v. Let's not forget also, the CD32 and the CDi systems that sold like hotcakes in Europe.
In my 5 years of DALnet chatting, I've seen quite a few lonely teenagers borderline, if not diagnosabley depressed. For many of these kids, IRC helped them 'snap out of it'.
I thought you all were pro-competition... The more choices, the better.. all that jazz. What I'm getting from you guys now is "There are already enough OS's and GUIs."
*sigh*
I dunno. What's the latest version of VI?
Obligatory Weird AL:

I can also use a pen to jab into John Asscroft's jgular vein. Which pen, I wonder, will be classified as a weapon? Bic or Cross?
I'd much rather hear the sounds of Saturn than the sounds of Uranus.
Sorry. Had to do it.
"Christian Science" Monitor.

One has to assume that, given the amount of water that is/was available, that the dinos were steamed. Like lobsters. mmmm lobster...
I concur with all the posters who pointed out this fact.
It's not rocket science. You just need to conjur up your self-discipline.
Decide how many calories you need to consume to remain healthy. Nutritional Calculator>
Count your calories. Here

HTH
Honestly, I might not have been interested in learning how to count in hex if it weren't for Questron and the Commodore 64.
You could edit the character files in a hex editor and give yourself gazzilions of $ or HPs:)
How often do people put laptops on their laps anyway? :P
Here's the webcast of it. It's about a half hour long, and in WM format.
The best thing the linux programmers can do to help linux is to get the sound/music working on their port of Duke3d before the win32 programmers.
:) Ironic?
Here's why:
People will have to go linux in order to play Duke3d
I wonder how much it costs the USPS from lost productivity, equipment, software and manpower needed to combat the problem of THOSE DAMNED AOL CDs!?

Talk about "dynamic IP"!
Our agency's firewall blocks out slashdot ads:)
In a clearly seperate box, even labeled "Advertisement". Tell me again who's trying to be sneaky or underhanded?
Reverse that analogy about the pool:
If you're staying at my hotel, and swimming in my pool, I want your info.
You might be ticketed by the Rice Cops [ www.ricecop.com ]
I'd have to MANUALLY search for free porn, I'd NEVER get to Make $1500 Per Week At Home and I'd actually have to CALL in sick.

Now crossing the street, we'll have to remember to look all three ways twice.
