Actually, I believe a Mac ROM is not necessarily required to boot Mac OS. A Linux/PPC machine can run an VM program called Mac-on-Linux. This allows a Mac OS (or, I believe, any other PPC OS) to run as a guest OS under Linux. This isn't quite having the ability to boot directly into Mac OS without a ROM, but it does mean that someone has RE'd the ROM (or otherwise figured out a way around it)
The article implies that the screen will be OLED. If it is, a frontlight (the Afterburner/ GBA Special lighting system) will be completely unnecessary.
The problem with Mac emulation is that no one has been able to make a decent PPC emulator for the x86. There have been efforts, but they're all very slow. As a consequence, all mac emulators (including the much, much better Basilisk II) only have 68k emulation code, and can't do anything more. The only known way to emulate requires a hardware PPC card somewhere in the system, instead of software.

If you press the * button it will cycle through the possible combinations. I just tried it, and I think you would only have to press it once...
I believe you can easily remove the tape from another substance by pulling on the edge. So just lift up the heel of your hand (and keep going up from there) and you should be able to remove your hands easily.
The only problem (and something they'll probably be able to work out eventually) is making the hairs last long enough for this to be durable
I actually have an old, nonworking Power Mac 6100/66 that has an AMD chip in it. I was trying to get it working when I noticed the logo on the motherboard. It wasn't the processor, but it was still a pretty large chip.
I have the exact controller you're talking about (the NES MAX) , and I don't think it's quite what you're thinking. Yes, there is a red disc that rotates around to all the positions. However, it really doesn't do anythnig but move around under your thumb. It's stuck on top of the same kind of hardware switch that the regular controller is, and you still have to press down on the disk in order for the controller to actually register something. It is, however, the only first-party Nintendo controller that I know of with Turbo buttons, and it is a little easier to grip because of the curviness...
CCCP=0? hmm... I guess the Soviet Union did fall...
Hey! I have one of those! I love playing Panic Bomber and Wario Land on that thing!

Of course, the Nomad is made by Creative....
Well, it would probably simplify things if the subbing were done using Closed Captioning.
