    Ack, you're totally right on the Insenstive Clod part, I meant to use it, but I rewrote it and forgot to put it in.

    As for Jiffy Pop, it's this popcorn that comes in a pan shaped container that you put over a flame and it pops and the top expands and kind of looks like aluminum foil.

    Yeah, their place is way up high in the sky, looking down on the morons who are going face to face with the enemy and getting blown up by landmines and suicide bombers. Then they return to base, goto the bar, and get a hot chick to polish their missile and use said hot chick's face for target practice.

    At least, that's how my fantasy goes.

    I agree. I've used ATI cards for about 5 to 6 years now. I've had 3 cards, and they've all run great, never had a problem. Some people just get an idea in their head and they refuse to believe otherwise.

    I wouldn't say that. At least not without backing it up. I love my Canon AE-1, and it's about 30 years old, never had a prob, gets great results.

    I've never had a computer case that didn't break or bend. It's kind of hard to break or bend them when they spend 99.9999% of their time on a desk just sitting there.

    Erm. A lot of programs offer nurbs and polygonal modelling. A lot of other programs can come close to and exceed Maya for making anything 3d. It's more the artist than the tool.

    I just retired my SB 16 that's about 10 years old. I used it in every one of my primary machines until now. I would have kept using it, but I just built a new machine and the motherboard has no ISA slot.

    I also retired my ~7 year old 3.5 floppy drive, but I'll keep it handy in case I need it for something.

    You mention cabs being allowed in the public transportation lane. Well, how is a cab different from someone driving a normal mid sized car? Unless the cab is being shared amongst a few individuals, it doesn't seem any more efficient than a regular car. In fact, the cab might be more inefficient as it has to drive to pick up the person and then take them to wherever their destination may be. OTOH, the person who drives themself only has to drive from their starting point to their final destination. It's like going from point A to point B instead of the cab's going from current position to point A and then to point B. Then again cabs reduce the number of cars needed on the road, so I don't know what my point is :P .
