definately not dead. chip companies use it so much that without it, they're pretty much dead. so much computation. dont tell me they use win32 to do all their heavy design. all the command line tools are so useful in parsing/ modifing the netlists. write a script and you're all done. not to mention the least about design automation..
no man, i use those "dialer" programs that my browser automatically installs for me when i go to a particular site. i just run that program, pay a certain amount of money, and i get all those live shows everyone's been promoting and talking about...
i've always been telling people, pr0n will always be a leader in this industry
unless the amount of time to be travelled is proportinal to the energy required to 'send' anyway back time.. it would be interesting to see what it was like back in the day Christ on earth. maybe this would stop all the religious wars.
maybe this would align all the planets together.
maybe alex chiu and his eternal life magnetic rings do actually work.
still, i think the time cube would be economically cheaper than the ring of light.
...right. note that these two screenshots and that the authors decided not to upload the themes, so right now there still isnt anything available there yet.
how about handhelds (mini handheld HP/compaq computers or whatever you call them) that has mp3 playback functionality? are they going to add tarifs to that too?:(
or cell phones... but i guess that would be going too far...
the first arcade version of street fighter version II was one of most interesting ones. i still remember the 'bug' that they had with Guile. You could execute a move that would throw your opponent without being near them. it wasnt easy to execute but it was awesome seeing your opponent's reaction when you do something like this:)
the move was similar to the sonic boom, except you need to press back right and press fierce punch + roundhouse kick.
in other words:
- (quick back after the forward above) + fierce + roundhouse.
this only worked on the ARCADE original version of street fighter II. does not work on anything else (champion edition, turbo, accelerator, etc)
overall, kde is a good 'product' but i'm just too disappointed with the speed issue. i've got 384 MBs of RAM on my Pentium 450 and it's just bearable. sure it's got some nice themes and all, but even windows 98 is running faster. i'm not just talking about apps, but kde hasnt been too responsive. i have yet to try out KDE3 yet (since they arent planning on releasing it on unstable)...
mind you, i've disabled all the 'effects' to speed things up... not much help.
recently migrated to XFCE (xfwm) and i'm pretty happy about it. fluxbox is the ultimate but i still havent figured out how to dock applets and other stuff properly..
i've been totally depending on Konqueror now that it's so hard to use something else. but if you run any kde apps even in fluxbox it's going to slow everything waaay down...
has anyone have any sucess running this under wine? since this is now the lite version, i doubt that it needs IE and should therefore work?
make sure you download the newest update. this one removes BDE components as well.
oops... install.pl ;-)
sorry nevermind
anyone know if there are any debian packages?
...too lazy to compile the source
>>transfer an unprecedented 80GB(!!) every second.
my consumption of pr0n cant even go up to that high rate!!!
definately not dead.

still not possible, since we still havent had any visitors from the future yet??
oh wait, is the present really the present...
>>Kim Petersen designed his from scratch, building the elevated track from wood
:)
not only is this guy creative but powerful to be able to elevate things with his wood. impressive
it's either that or having to listen to my neighbours having sex every sunday morning....
i know grokster has spyware as well, but is it bundled with BD3?
...Alex Chiu and his Eternal Life Magnetic Rings
a little bit of tcl (tickle) is always good foreplay... but to me JAVA just keeps me awake and stay interested.
i like clams and oysters. hence SHELL programming would be best for me
*ring*
Guy: Hello?
Guy's Girlfriend: Hey honey. What time are you getting home tonight?
Guy: I'm not sure babe. Looks like I might have to stay in and work overtime again.
Guy's Girlfriend: Awwwww.
Secretary: *whispers* who that?
Guy: *whispers* It's my stupid girlfriend. Don't worry, we'll still go out, drop by your place, and make out like animals tonight.
Guy's Girlfriend: WHAT????
So when you call support to get your lost password, will they ask you what your mothers maiden hair color was?
:)
... or the size of my "structrual beam", which of course i can't exaggerate because the wood just isnt big enough
ok. it's... the password is ONE - as in ONE foot...
Well this is sort of like "Geeks in Space" isn't it - just that this one's purely audio and strange intro music :)
anyone know of any debs for debian?
...right. note that these two screenshots and that the authors decided not to upload the themes, so right now there still isnt anything available there yet.
i conceive children with my north pole up in north pole, but i have birds flying due south to carry them to people's front door. ironic isnt it...
:)

no wonder i keep on getting those "punch the monkey and win $20" banner ads on the top wherever i go... ;-)
my 'antenna' shrinks with a decrease of temperature, but it doesnt mean it uses more power to drive it? :)
