My first thought was giant see-thru panels forming a big dike around the island. Then I thought about how dirty the water is there. Maybe they wouldn't want to see the dirty water. So it would be big dikes of maybe concrete, but painted in pretty murals of beaches or something pleasant to look at.
I once took intermediate C++, Assembler, and Programming Languages(Pascal,Ada,Lisp,Prolog) in the same semester. Sometimes late at night I would code in an odd mixture of languages/syntax.
I often wished it would work, but then I never tried in in a perl interpreter, so who knows.
Do the "Cloud Vendors" sell big cloud stickers to put over the data center portion of the design diagrams to hide the details from management?
This sounds like centralized computing and storage on dedicated servers. They are not going to buy a slice of some public cloud computing infrastructure.
Nice to know that with this level of training, even if an employee goes off their rocker and starts killing folks, they will at least look happy while they are doing it!

My months of real logged on typing time on MUDS was invaluable. You basically learned to type fast and accurate or you died.
