  1. Re:As bad as it seems, as a parent I can understan on Japanese Schoolchildren to be Tagged with RFID · · Score: 1

The saddest part is how far can a kid possibly get lost in an island? Japan isn't remotely close to being the biggest country in the world. The people are ridiculously disciplined with the lowest crime rate imaginable. WTF are they tagging these people for.

  2. Re:Yes .. But... on On The Secret Life Of Videogame Voice Actors · · Score: 1

It's the same with Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. Like RE some people say it's the worst voice acting ever. But I think the exaggerated "Clear the Path" and other catch phrases are fitting.

Don't worry. Don't worry. Bush is changing that right now. We are paying $2.30 for a gallon, at this rate of increase no SUVs will be around years from now. We should hit $3.00 a galloon soon, and the middle-east folks + Bush folks are laughing their asses off.

Why don't they just wait a few days. The count of 4 will probably becoming 40 vulnerabilities. At which point the article will sound much more convincing to change over to a new browser.

  6. if you want to be serious on On Gay Themes In Videogames · · Score: 1, Troll

There are many movies and games that had hidden gay characters. For example, Tom Cruise plays a homosexual character in top gun the movie. There are clues everywhere. Though they made it so that it was hidden / acceptable in the 80s.

Other homosexual game characters include Don Flamingo in Mike Tyson's punchout. Many more.

In 2002 - product activation was the biggest punishment I have ever seen for a paid customer

In 2004 - SP2 compatibility problems and more browser disaster.

    In 2005 - ???

  8. Is like DELL on StorageTek Blocks 3rd Party Maintenance with DMCA · · Score: 1

This is nothing new. You buy a dell computer you put your own patches, software and make the OS far from what came out-of-the-box. You call their support, they can deny you all they want even though you just paid for the service. The trick is to NOT let them know.

  9. Re:Alright Mozilla on PC Magazine Reviews Firefox, Opera · · Score: 1

The real question is.... has anyone tried Firefox and actually decided to go back to IE?

If it's that great of a browser, it should be a no brainer. There must be plenty of other things wrong besides not supporting DHTML on Firefox.

As long as the PSP is mpeg compatible somehow with MP3 playback, this thing will have a thousand uses without any games.

  12. Rush rush on PlayStation 3 To Debut at E3 2005 · · Score: 1

I don't know who marked that funny but that's true. Like PS3 and linux and everything else, linux has a home somewhere.

On the other hand, it's sad cause PS2 easily could have another 4-5 years of life in the market alone. But PS3 is forced into the market by peer pressure.

  13. Why the hell on DS Ideas To Maximize Dual-Screen Gameplay? · · Score: 1, Interesting

Why the hell are people actually wasting time to making suggestions??

Do people not know nintendo is one of the most stubborn video game company that refuses to change with times. They always innovate great console hardware, rumble controllers, light zappers, DS. But in the end, they always fall short cause every other game is about mario or zelda.

  14. M$ can be hiring more on Gates: Open Source Kills Jobs · · Score: 1, Insightful

I know of a few folks currently working at M$. From what I hear, they are working at a burn-out pace all the time. Management always refuse to hire despite being the most financially stacked software company in the world. If anything M$ should stop buying out little companies, cause that can destroy jobs and competitions too.

  18. Confused by Name on Sony Delays PSX To 2005 In U.S. · · Score: 2, Insightful

I am very very convinced once this thing is marketed, it will cause mass confusion in the US. Is it me or wasn't PS1 first called PSX before PS2 came out. Why the hell did Sony pick such a similar name to represent a new product. How about PS2.5 or PS2++ or PS special edition or something.

  22. Greatest Trick the Devil Pulled on DIY Cruise Missile Designer Turns Freelance · · Score: 0

The greatest trick the devil pulled is to convince the world he didn't exist.

This missile designer is going to be sheltered, wined and dined by some rich business man. When all said is done he'll end up being a terrorist working straight for Bin Laden. But then it could be worse. He could be wined and dined by Bush himself.

It's goes on and on. I can't stand research like this anymore. They are just giving organizations like RIAA fuel to sue by miscalculating left and right.
