Most likely a computer was contaminated by other means, like USB sticks. Furthermore , ultra sound ? Frequencies around 20 KhZ ? I am doubting that in a normal room with air, and with other sound, those register properly. But I did in my dark past amuse myself to make two PC communicate using sound. it was slow and inneficient no matter the frequency, although I was limited at the time by the 19.2 Hz timer interrupt.
