Maybe we should stop passing laws to punish the Spyware makers and start, as consumers, holding the corporations that make operating systems that are prone to spyware accountable.
I've noticed that spyware is a lot like fungus. It only grows in areas where the conditions are ideal.

US Navy develops new Sasser Torpedo to protect us from Swedish terrorists. Bush feels they are hiding WMD's. Swedish Chef is quoted as saying "We no heeden dur Weaponden den Massen destructnueden. bork! bork! bork!".
Sheesh! Its not like people are going to be eating these fish. They could at least make it against the law to release them into the wild & some export restriction. Do they think that there will be some mishap and the fish will mutate into a super fish and do things like file patent lawsuits?
NetBSD fits in my toaster....
I'd call them upgrades! If only reality were just as hackable...
A new record for the hardest Slashdotting has been set as well...

Do we start outsourcing more jobs to monkeys instead of India?
Liar... Liar...
Its apparently for copies or something. They should ask for more. Perhaps they should ask for $699 to cover the licensing fees for the postal service.

Microsoft is now known as Micro---- (pronounced: Microdash). This is to settle a lesser known lawsuit with video game maker SquareSoft.

Does this mean its over?
Does the judge now throw out the case?
Is Darl under arrest?
Is SCO no mo'?
No, Bush believes there are WMDs up there. Marvin the Martian denies it, and the UN inspectors want more time.
:)
History is repeating itself.... [sigh]
Google has some ideas...
