    i had djneoform.com stolen from me and the new owner wanted to sell it back to me for $400USD, i told him to fuck off. i don't know why it's even legal, they aren't even doing anything with the domain, it doesn't even point to a server.

    Copyright law, as intended, has certainly jumped the shark and needs to be completely re-writen or eliminated
    that's true.. but..
    aimed at stopping international copyright infringement
    ..at what point did US law become International law?

    yeah, that, or programmers try and cram as much as they can into an app by adding lots of extras..?
    ie. does iTunes really need live searching as i type?

    i'm guessing it's kinda like if someone took Apple's modified version of BSD and used their code to make a new OS.. Netscapes code is probably too old to be turned into a modern browser without a complete overhaul, so why not just use firefox which is quite up to date.. ?

    creating music is an artform, you're not supposed to create art because you want to make money off of it.. you're supposed to do it cause you love doing it. I know many musicians who never expect to make it big and will keep working for shit pay, or no pay at all. Greedy musicians will scream at any fan who doesn't pony up, that makes me sick.

    that's a bad comparisson. i pay $0.25 to use a phone booth, yet have free local calling at home.. a juke box is something you can rent for short periods of time much like a phone booth, you pay $0.25 to use it for a couple of minutes, the sounds equipment, and disks in the machine cost money, so the owner rents it out for $0.25 a pop..

    prehaps they should fix that in the installer, cause it did install 0.9

    I actually managed to block all of Hotmail's spam somehow a couple years ago, i think they never bothered to syphen through the existing filters to remove their spamming address.. yay for mee!
