It's so great to see one of my favorite shows of all time come back. They were pure genius and few things make me laugh as hard.
Incidentally, I like the blackbar on TNN, but I'm a big news junkie so I'm completely used to my "Tickers" and such. It's not so bad to go to that channel and know EXACTLY what is happening. I like that, and as long as people like me continue to like it, it isn't leaving.
... As for people worrying about TNN being an "evil empire", you are just nucking futs. TNN has ditched it's souther redneck programming because it realises what we want to watch. It's programming is just getting better and better and it is simply poising itself to kick some ass simply because they listen to people and not fucking retarded focus groups. If anything, Nickelodeon are the assholes who fired John K, and continued to try and ruin the show. Look at the shit they run now, think back 5 years and remember how cool the station used to be.
TNN is quickly becoming one of my favorite channels. If only they would ditch Wrestling for some gaming news like that latenight TBS show. (Pacific time zone rules, its on at 11:00:D)

Kinda dissapointing when The Man agrees with you and concedes that the sign is a good thing. Then again it is good to see them admit defeat. Maybe he could make a sweet case mod out of that stuff... Someone email him.
Finally! I can do away with my cross platform chisel! It was really ruining my day when I had to sand my monitor, and none of my friends would reply to my IM's I spent so much time chiseling.
Oh well, I guess technology effects people from all walks of life.
I liked it when the processor and RAM cycle didn't resemble the videocard race. I wish they could build around all the RAM I just bought instead of a processor upgrade requiring new MOBO's, RAM, and more patience then ever. Then again it's sooo fast.
Me want... doom 3 ain't gonna run on this old p3-450. Damnit, I'm gonna cry now.
I can not wait. It seems this year I will be giving the MPAA way too much money, but the sound is worth it. What sound you ask? The sound of 100,000 slashdotters squealing because I payed a lousy 10 bucks canadian to see a frickin' movie. I can't wait for "The Hitch-Hikers Guide to the Galaxy" movie. (100,000 people saying wop, now that I think about it... isn't that gonna be flamed out of the movie?)

I hate all manners of tech support. They don't usually know what they are talking about and then theres crap involving restrictions and frankly, the best tech support are your geek buddies and the guy at the local computer place. They know there shit.
I don't like calling my tech support company because they are in Quebec and are such assholes that they insist on french. Lousy frogs...:P

Hmm... Could mass radiation have done something to life forms today? We always hear about our odds of being a planet with life. First our distance from the sun and then the fact that it gives out lower then average radiation.
Is the time frame right for creating the "missing link" or just plain skipping it?

What if we find, and bring back, really dirty jabba the hutt-esque aliens?
And why worry about microbes, if that's all we bring back.
Personally I'd like 5 minutes alone in there with ms. Henstridge. Underrated movie really. (Erm... no it wasnt)
