Why shouldn't the more devoted have more rewards? They put more work in. If people who put in more work don't have anything to show for it (like kicking the backsides of the less devoted) Then what insentive do they have to stay?
Also, Fansubbers tend to do a much better job at subbing than what the industry gives us. The only saving grace for the anime industry in America is that they dub the series, unfortunatly 99% of those dubs suck due to the hiring of cheap or inexperienced voice actors and poor casting.

I've never thought that restoring balance by obliterating the Sith made any sense. If you eliminate the opposite side of the scale it's still unbalanced. My assumption was that balance was achieved by a merging the two sides. Like someone who is trained in the ways of both the Jedi and the Sith.
All this shows me is how much ass WoW is kicking. For Sony to have to resort to this means that they are really going out on a limb for more people to play their crappy game.

What frightens me is that all this filtering and only exposing their people to information that the government wants them to hear turns it's citizens into zombies. I have seen my dad go wanting china to leave Taiwan alone to thinking that china is good for Taiwan. This change in thinking happened after he bought a condo in shanghai and lived there for a good many months. It also bothers me that he claims that there is no Internet filtering going on at all. It's really creepy, two years ago my dad hated china. Now he loves them. This is probably the desired effect though. Also a lot of people that I have talked to in china find it almost insulting to think of Taiwan as independent.
God I hate this school, I just started trying to register for classes and I'm finding that more than half of the classes I have left to take don't seem to exist. So either the numbers got changed around and isn't reflected in the degree audit or I could always just blame incompetence, either my own or theirs. Polaris sucks ass.

Watch Cinematech if nothing else. It has no annoying hosts and just plays a bunch of random game trailers or gameplay movies. Back before the merger, the only way for me to watch G4 without bashing my head into the wall was to watch that.
