And I have upwards of 1500 Pounds of them.. I still buy 3-5 sets a month (or more). AFOL (Adult Fans Of Lego) is HUGE. Nothing embarrassing about it. I never did get the 8800 though.. Released during a time I had lost interest. Be rpoud. It's a still a VERY sought after set... 2-300$+ for a complete set in excellent condition.
'Tivo isn't talking about all the people who forked over cash for Tivos and pay an over inflated monthly subscription', ,
Are you upset that you pay for cable/satalite and you have to watch ads? Whatever keeps Tivo afloat works for both parties
Ditto.
Plus if this influences producers to makes more of the ads that I like, more of the TV shows that I like, more of the products that I like, what's the problem?
"I know this is groundbreaking, but it's my contention that a user just might be willing to watch, say, 20 minutes of ads for every 40 minutes of programming. Yes, I know this sounds CRAZY but trust me on this one...."
Blackberry's greatest feature IMHO is it's simplicity and streamlined function. I would not care for any more bells on the device than they already have. It's a tool rather than a toy and that's what makes it so effective. I would hate to have to help my CEO burn his music collection
I would be interesting to see how many people download 1.0.1 over time vs 1.0. Statistically it would be hard to say how many people upgraded, didn't upgrade, first copy of firefox was 1.0.1 but, I would like to see the number seperately.
Yeah.. and did the engine ever flip over to electric? I thought the idea was the gas was used to accelerate and the electic kept momentum going... I bet the car was burning gas right up until they slowed down
I spent about 87$ for the orignal series with 2 extra CDs of DA talking about the book/show and the New shows on CD as well.
Don't pay any attention to the "only can be bought in the UK" crap becuase they didn't seem to give a load of dingo's kidneys once I gave out the card number.
I don't care what you have for a computer, it's the giant hairy nest of wires that, even with zip ties and velcro, never seem to calm down. Someone come up with an answer to that and I'm happier.
Whatever they do, I think Google will do better. The internet is a more level playing ground for competition and I think google could use that kind of threat to keep themselves on top. I've seen good days and veryu bad weeks for google searches... the only thing that will keep them as good as they sometimes are is some good old fashion foot racing
What is google+ ?
Let's put pence up there first
We'll be gone long before or very shortly after them
And it's going to be magical!

I wish everyone was as nice as microsoft
RIM has already stated that they have a technology workaround that does not infringe the "patents."
So, why don't they just do this NOW?
I'm a follower or the Flying Spaghetti Monster, myself
Heh.. Actually these are SNOT. Studs not on top or studless. :)
Um. No, I have not. Must be the linux release or something like that. I have never had problems with slashdot and firefire. NEVER.

Every article published following the actual announcements starts off by dissing Apple for missing the rumored price point and pricing it too high
Maybe that's because every Apple product IS priced too high???
