Welcome to the new Precrime devision of the police department where we never, never make a mistake. You'll all be safer. Just trust us.
Damn, I hate when fiction becomes reality -- especially when written by PKD.
The best thing that can possibly happen for this country and secure elections would be for Buggs Bunny to win 100% of the vote in at least one, preferably multiple districts. Until people see these results come in on election night, they'll never believe that it can really happen.
I've got read access to the entire financial database. I can find out how much they spent for dinner on their last trip and their salary as well. Luckily for them, I just don't care.
... to live in a place where the government cares about fair elections. I'm hoping that my district advances to the point where everyone who votes gets a blue finger.
I'm right there with you. Beautiful country, tropical weather -- and English is the official language!
The main issue is that you can't get a job there unless you're a citizen and you can't become a citizen unless you live there for seven years. There are loop-holes, but you have to find them.
They're happy for foreigners to go there and spend money. Not so happy for foreigners to come take jobs.
Virtually unlimited storage has only made programmers more lazy. It has done nothing to make better games. One of my all-time favorite RTS games (Serf City/The Settlers) came on a single floppy disk.
More stuff != better game
Actually, my sister-in-law and her husband have been sharing time with their daughter on her DS Lite. Each member of the family has their own profile on Brain Age and Big Brain Academy. There is no doubt that they wouldn't play any games if their kid didn't have a DS. As a result, I'm guessing that the number of DSs in their household will be growing over the holidays.
They're joking, right?
I actually pay for one internet radio service that has thousands of stations w/out commercials. Even if one gets redundant, I can probably find a dozen others that play a similar format -- plus formats that aren't even on Serius. It costs me around 1/3 of what Serius wants to charge.
Now add in all the free audio on Shoutcast, all the broadcast stations that stream over the internet and the free XM stations that are available on Winamp and I think Serius is fooling themselves.
Of course, there are probably enough idiots out there who will think it is a good deal that they'll see a profit -- especially since there's basically no additional cost for them.
Yeah... $60 for the full second controller hurts. Probably still won't stop me from getting one since it is necessary to play the Boxing game in Wii-Sports.
Wii + second remote + Zelda = $360 for unit and two games
PS3 = $600 with one controller and 0 games.
Math still works out for me.:)
This is something new. Imagine a company making money by selling a product they manufacture. Bizarre. Wonder if this radical concept will ever catch on. It is truly shocking.
A true Wii port for Punch Out would be great. How much more fun would a boxing game be with the wiimote/nunchuck attachment? They've got to be working on this.
Maybe he should look at SW:G for a moment. That would be a fine example of "evolve and die". Evolution for the no other reason than to do something different != good.
Is there any point to posting more SWG stories? All that happens is that it gives everyone a chance to kick the SWG corpse around some more. For those of us who used to play, it just serves as a reminder as to why we left. "Why don't you just give me a nice paper-cut and pour lemon juice on it!"
Seriously, they've done such a bad job with their MMOs that they should seriously think about changing their name. The only way they could sell fewer games would be to sell them with free anthrax.
I had already looked up her address and sent her support before I got to this note. Glad that you posted the address.
Think we can/. their mail server with support? >:)

Is it possible that a single day pass without more bad news for Sony? Looks like it is about time to short-sell their stock.
Spring $30 for the USB wireless adapter for your computer?
Rating Pending, I believe. Just a guess and I could be wrong.
I really couldn't care less what Wal-Mart does or does not sell. I refuse to shop there for anything anyway.
dead on. Wish I had mod points for you.

Would have been funnier if you didn't parade your ignorance of the English language while trying to sound condescending.
Wonder if he's pissed enough to counter if they drop their suit. I hope so!
I wonder what is going to be the #1 topic posted on mySpace blogs once it comes back up....
Put the word "Sony" on the front of the box.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial?

This was taken from the town's web site. I'll be dropping them a line now.
