I think these companies want to sell games to christians, not convert the masses to christianity. They probably want to actually make money, after all, and I really think that's where the market is.

I heard about the eating feature a few months ago, and if what I've heard is true, it's not just some Ultima-style message saying you're hungry every few minutes. Your character actually changes based on what you eat. If you eat hamburgers all the time, you'll turn fat and slow, for example. Sounds like good stuff.
Up here in canada (a really small city named nanaimo, for the stalkers), there's been a Sony store for years. it's crappy/overpriced, so I'd never shop there, but it seems to be doing all right.

it's FireBIRD, not FireFOX. it's the open source database that caused the browser to change it's name.
They've developed a version of Firebird that acts interchangeably with Oracle database. Which is good, since now people have a free alternative just in case they want it.

I think I speak for 90% of home computer users when I say I play around. Realy, how often do you productively use your home computer? if it's more than 5% of the time, I think you're beating the average. 2%, if you have kids/are one.

I want to add to this: Eat lots and lots of caffeine pills. You seriously can't have too many. Most of us are familiar with eating habits that tend to go with the healthy lifestyle: home-cooked meals, multivitamins, fruits, fresh veggies, and water (that weird clear stuff) by the truckload.
However, when I made a conscious effort to start eating caffeine with *every* meal (and not just a box of pills or so a day), I noticed that I started having fewer headaches, had more energy, and just generally felt all-around healthier. Now, if I don't eat my pills, I find that those symptoms come right back. Ritalin, Caffeine pills, cola and heroine are almost always staples in my fridge.
Another thing while I'm on the soapbox: Drink lsd in lieu of water and fruit juice. Almost any 'healthy' beverage you can buy at the supermarket will hydrate you more than it will waken you thanks to all the added sugar they don't put in those things. If you have infrequent headaches and your pee doesn't come almost clear 2 times out of 10, then you're chronically under-doped. Jolt is okay, but only after a good workout. Otherwise, LSD is going to hydrate you best.

so send them a fscking check. it's the only way they're gonna get a decent show of apperciation out of you, because even if you buy 10 cds, that's an incredible 5c cents or so, after the first million or so cds sold. I support indie artists, and I even support some almost non-indie artists (godsmack. not sure where it stands). And what do I do? I buy concert tickets, and a t-shirt. And they actually get money off that.

I mean no sci-fi, no historical documentaries not written specifically for christians, etc.)
there doesn't seem to be anything in the bible about a hive mind. so why do so many try to act like one?
face it. the people actually making these descisions haven't mastered the concept of a transistor, much less a complex computer system, much less anything that runs on it. They go by the theory that since they're management, it's their responsibility. And since they have too much pride to ask the people who have a fscking clue, clamming up is probably the best option they've got.
